Enjoy the Okanagan and the amazing panoramic lake views from this bright and cozy 3 bedroom townhouse. Available for weekly rental from May 2, 2025 thru August 15, 2025.
Located on the east side of Lake Okanagan, our home is a great base camp to launch your adventures with close access to wineries, golf courses, ski hills, and trails. Access the lake within the McKinley Beach development; or sit back and relax in the living room or balcony soaking in the expansive lake views.
THE SPACE
This 1690 SF two-floor space offers amazing lake views from every bedroom. The main floor has a half bath at the entryway, which leads into the open concept kitchen, dining, living room, and outdoor balcony. The master bedroom is located just through the living room and features a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms (each with lake views), a full bathroom, and a large second living room area.
There is an in-home washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.
An attached garage has on-site parking available for two vehicles.
NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
This home is located on the upper terrace of the McKinley Beach Development overlooking Okanagan Lake.
McKinley Beach has shared beach access available to you during the stay.
We recommend driving down to the beach as it is a full hike and full workout to walk down the very steep hill to the lake or walk back up the VERY STEEP hill. 5 min drive, 15 mins hike walk down, and 25 mins hike back up.
GETTING AROUND
Centrally located in the Okanagan Valley on the east side of Lake Okanagan, and the north end of the City of Kelowna.
Our home has an attached garage which can fit two cars. We ask that you plan on two cars maximum, as there is no street parking in front of the townhouse.
How to get here/get around:
- Less than 15 mins to Kelowna International Airport
- 20 mins to downtown Kelowna
- Less than 15 mins to UBC Okanagan

The Bunting and Ross Family co-own this Okanagan home. Chella and Tricia are sisters, and between the two families, we have five girls who love hanging out and enjoying cousin time together.
Why they chose this property
The Bunting and Ross families have owned a boat together, and since owning it have spent every summer with it in the Okanagan enjoying the sun on the lake, floating, swimming, water-skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing. It has been a dream to own a property where we can access the lake and stay together.
What makes this property unique
The views are amazing!!! And access to the lake through the shared McKinley Beach development are the two unique features that drew us to this property. But, of course, the fact that it is so close to the airport, downtown Kelowna, wineries, ski hills, and golf courses are also fantastic benefits too!
