Some homes have views, others have location - this house has both. The soft sand and sparkling waves of famous Mollymook Beach are right at your doorstep, as you will be staying literally across the road with stunning 180 degree ocean views.
This retro beach shack features an open lounge, dining and kitchen area with large windows to soak up the superb view, plus 2 bedrooms - one with Double bed, the other with Twin Single beds, a family bathroom with separate bath and shower and a 2nd toilet off the laundry. Relax on the balcony with a long cool drink while the BBQ sizzles, and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Soak up the chilled beachside lifestyle as you fill your days with swimming, snorkelling and fishing, then finish up with leisurely evening strolls along the sand.
Local groceries, bottle shop and newsagency are all under 1km away and you have your pick of great cafés and restaurants nearby.
This beachfront shack offers location, views and affordability.

Important Notes:
- This property has a strict 'no party' policy and all guests must be over the age of 21 when booking.
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Bring your own linen including sheets, towels and tea towels or alternatively, please contact our office for hire details.
- You are required to bring your own toiletries & personal items.

very shabby, needs maintenance, safety features were addressed. poor furniture, stained furnishings,broken windows and screens. it would have been unacceptable had it been summer.nowhere easy to return the key at checkout time.

If you are thinking of renting this house.... DON'T. It is disgusting. We paid for 4 nights but left after 1 night... that was quite sufficient

Disappointed
The property was in need of a clean, very dusty, wall tiles fell off in bathroom while a guest was having a bath, thankfully it wasn't a child. Glasses and crockery had to be washed as they had some food left on them. The curtains in the main bedroom were threadbare and definitely need replacing. I have stayed in many Stayz properties and this one was define to NOT up to the usual standard. This is the first time I have booked thru a realestate agent and found that the customer service was left wanting and if this property was inspected by the agent then this is disappointing considering the state of the property. Views were fantastic and the BBQ was clean

Nice view
This is a property with a convenient location and great view of the ocean. We found the road busier and noisier than expected, and because of a steep camber to the driveway resulting in our car scraping the bottom, parked in the carpark directly over the road. The house itself is comfortable enough, with a good sized balcony containing basic plastic chairs. As it faces east, the lovely view of sunrise is followed by hot morning sun streaming in, and as the window at the back of the house doesn't open it is not so easy to vent the hot air. Previous reviewers wrote about lack of cleanliness; however we found the house clean and well equipped, with the exception of some cutlery and crockery needing another wash.

Disappointing!
No denying this place has great position and views. However ensure you check with the agent that the place has been cleaned properly and repairs made as it was not clean when we stayed. We had to clean crockery, cutlery, windows, BBQ and hotplates on stove which were covered in a thick black paste. We had to buy an electric jug as the one provided was unfit for use. Great stay spoilt by the grime and unpleasant odour and cockroaches in the kitchen.

Great views poor quality accommodation
The views are great however the home was in very poor condition, dusty, dirty and poorly equipped. Plenty of corroded equipment like stove, power point pulling out of walls etc, Fair to say the home is suffering from age and lack of maintenance. Our young son was affected by some type of dust allergy, something in his room and we suspect dust mite but can't be sure after 2 nights stay he came out of his room with a rash?? Wont stay here again. Be wary of the photos they generally don't show the true condition until you are in the property and then its too late!
