Enjoy your holiday in this fully air conditioned, three bedroom home. You'll feel very welcome in this beautiful home. The modern kitchen opens up to the patio area through large glass sliding doors. Outside, entertain and cook on the barbeque in the alfresco area. With beautiful gardens, it's perfect for your next family or group getaway.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Generous-sized rooms. - 1 large bedroom with ensuite shower/toilet; second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower over bath. - Large living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Clean and well presented property in quiet residential area. Short drive into town.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Exmouth and always rent a property through this agency. We loved the location and the size of the property although it does seem to need a bit of a revamp. Fittings are no longer in great condition - bathrooms need to be updated and internal doors need replacement (don't close anymore). Some basic supplies were missing eg. cutting board, bread knife, broom etc and the property required some gardening maintenance, it was rather overgrown where you couldn't access the verandah without walking through plants. The external area did not seem to have been cleaned or maintained before our arrival (fish cleaning area left as used when we arrived).We waited for a rather long time to have basic concerns attended to, luckily we could use the rest of the bedrooms & bathrooms in the interim.With a little TLC this property could once again be a star rental. We recommend removing some of the overgrown plants in the back garden and inserting a pool to make the property more versatile and appealing to the market. We would love to visit the property again and hope to see some improvements.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at a beautiful home that met all of our needs. Close to all locations and shopping centre. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend using them again on our next trip.
