About this property

Upon your arrival at 751 Fairway Circle, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up six exterior steps to the front door exterior landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down six steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
….. Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows.
….. The 10 bath towels provided for your stay will be found on the bed in bedroom 1. The two hand and face towels will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat. The powder room will have a hand and face towel.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liner, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.

Hand rails and grab bars

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to summer Mammoth since 1951. Always a great vacation destination However, I would not rent #751 again. Too dangerous. Going upstairs and down stairs is very unsafe. Same with showers - need grab bars

Loved the condo and would rent again, however the oven didn't work and the slider was difficult to open and close to get on the deck to use the grill in lieu of the oven.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay with our best friends and our family dog. Beautiful location with the open meadow behind. Felt like a 5-star resort. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to enjoy a week away. Small items need fixing like window and blinds mechanism was not functioning properly. Pictures of the unit need updating as furniture is different and the bedding situation has changed.

Beautiful well kept condo

We go to Mammoth every year with family and friends. We have at least 4-5 condo and this one will be on top of our list. Very well kept, perfect space for all. Had all the kitchens needs. Would highly recommend!

Awesome condo

Property was as described! Could’ve used a little bit more pictures, location is perfect, everyone was very comfortable in all of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well appointed, did not have any issues, was perfect for the family!

Comfortable Place

Great place for a large family. Living room is very accommodating for a large family to comfortably gather around and the master bedroom is large with a great view of the mountain.
