Great spot for a weekend with my son

The little touches go a long way. There was popcorn containers and all of the ingredients for smores. Firewood to go with it.My son and I enjoyed the weekend escape and went skiing at Beech, which is very close.. Would stay again.

SO MUCH SNOW

My buddy and I try to make a trip to Beech every January or so, and we usually stay a little further up the mountain. This time I decided to find something walking distance to the lift and it was definitely the right choice! We got almost 8 inches of snow and had no choice but to wall, which only took 10 mins! Property is perfect for two people, but I wouldnt necessarily say its the best for a group.

We were there for Oz - super location. Everything we needed was right there. The shower was super small & no bathroom sink, but there was a big sink in the bedroom area. It was perfect for a 2 night stay. Saying prayers this location held up with the hurricane 🙏🏻

I think a video of pulling into the property, parking options, entering and then exiting the property would really help. Then a more accurate description of the coffee maker, frig size etc. but a good video would take care of all of this.

The property was steps away from the chair lift. It was super cute inside and very clean. Its a perfect stay for a few days in the mountains. The private firepit was just what was needed after a long day of riding the trails. I would definitely book this place again.

Cozy and well appointed in a great location

Overall we were very happy with the apartment. It's within walking distance to the resort, had everything we needed for a long weekend, was very clean, and even had nice holiday decorations and gnomes. The apartment has just enough space for a long weekend getaway for a couple, I think it would be cramped for any more than that. The kitchenette is great for snacks and drinks, but making a meal would be tricky (although it has everything needed). The bed is comfortable. The blackout shades work almost too well. The wifi was enough to watch a few movies. Their is no TV in the living area, but a small one on the wall in the bedroom. The apartment is quiet considering it's a basement and beside the road. We never heard anyone in the house above us, and the road noise was minimal inside. Outside you can hear the cars drive by, but it's not bad. Even on NYE when traffic was heavy it wasn't an issue. The fire pit was perfect. It's just the right size for a small fire for two, has plenty of dry wood, and even had the makings for smores. We had no issues, but want to re-emphasize what the listing says... 4WD is necessary if there is any winter weather at all. The driveway is short but steep, and the secondary roads to get to the house aren't treated as well as the main road. I only mention it because we saw many cars that couldn't make it up their driveways. We liked it so much, we'll be back!

Lovely place, Amazing Host

When I booked the is place I messaged the owner to tell them that my fiancé and I were getting married in the area on the weekend of our booking, and that this is where we will stay during our out-of-town wedding weekend. When we checked into the place, we immediately noticed additional accommodations and romantic decorations just to make us feel special during our wedding weekend stay. We were blown away with the care and effort that they put in to make us feel cared-for and appreciated, and I couldn’t thank them enough for helping us feel special that weekend. Thank you to the owners! The location doesn’t really show up on maps, you will drive to the wrong place if you type in the location, so be careful about that and ask the owner for landmarks to get there smoothly! Look for Holland Realty, it’s very close to that location!

Beautiful and Private!!

Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here on our trip to Beech Mountain! We spent hours just sitting by the fire making s'mores and enjoying the view. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and even left some gifts for my daughter and I. The actual room was beautiful, cozy, and clean. I would look to stay here again if I ever returned to beech mountain!!!

Great short sojourn

Everything was good with the property except that it was tough to find since the street numbers bounce around. Best approach is from the Beech Mt parkway L Charter L Dogwood Ln and L on W Pond Creek. The electrical may be sensitive to high voltage like hair dryers. Otherwise it a cute little apartment that has a blacktop where you can play with your dog. Good value!

Awesome Stay!!!

My husband and I stayed here for valentines day weekend getaway and everything was perfect. Only like 2-3 min drive to Beech Mtn. slopes. Owner was super easy to get in touch with, check in was a breeze, very clean, little kitchen was adorable and just what we needed. Definitely be sure to have 4WD in winter months as the driveway it pretty steep.

Great stay at Beech!

Love this little place, perfect for myself and my husband with 2 dogs. Beech Mountain is the coolest weather right now and a great place to visit.

Beautiful place, perfect locación.

We love it, but the only thing is that in the web say the have stove but is not, just a little microwave. We go with kids and some times We need to Cook some for them, and if they have a little dryer can help a lot too, when you go to the snow, everything is wet so a dryer will be perfect to get ready for the next day. But still nice, clean and cozy. We will come back

Small stay living

Super cute little place. Perfect for a couple! We went during Christmas and it was decorated with Christmas decor. It was close to Beech Mountain Ski and 20 minutes from Sugar Mountain. We loved having the big back area to run around with our boys. However, the communication was not great. I reached out 4 times with no response from the owner or Evolve. In the end I would go back. Thank you for a lovely stay. Your little spot was super cute!
