Our town house is open, airy and cheery. Comfortably and informally decorated and appointed, it can accommodate up to six people. Enjoy both ocean and sound views from the two second story decks. It is ideally located just steps away from the un-crowded beach and community pool. Play games on the beach or on the grassy space in front of the unit.

Enjoy the sunrise at the north end of the island, searching for many varieties of plentiful shells, and walking for miles on the white, fine sand beach. The water is a clear aqua blue and a refreshing temperature during beach season. Watch the shrimp boats enter the ocean from the New River early in the morning and sail southward just offshore. You can sometimes spy schools of dolphins playing up and down the shoreline.
You’ll enjoy exploring the local restaurants and local bars on the island and mainland each with their own personality. There are lots of small shops, water activities, and local history to be sought out. Several golf courses are within a few minute’s drive. Be sure to try fresh seafood caught daily and sold at a variety of local markets.

We have added new deck chairs that overlook the ocean and sound. You will also enjoy the room darkening blinds installed in the front bedroom.

Please look carefully at what disposable items are included and what are not so that you can arrive prepared to enjoy your beach vacation! We provide hand soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher soap pod, and one trash bag in each trash can to get you started.
