Simplistic design, very pretty and modern, furnished with contemporary luxurious furniture. Set in a little village of 7 villas, all brand new and sleek. 1 King Bed, 1 Single Bed, Kitchen, Living Room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allow you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿9.00 per unit. Average consumption based on 4 sharing would normally equate to THB100 per person per night.
