Featuring four bedrooms, the home can sleep up to 11, ideal for two families.
The outdoor undercover area features a smart TV, lounge and dining, whilst looking out to the in-ground pool.
5 Simms has four bedrooms, central bathroom, extra toilet and spacious living. There is plenty of off street parking available via the rear gates – great for boats!
