Indoor-outdoor flow to patio dining, 4 double bedrooms. Whole property is fenced. Short walk to shop, cafe & kids play-parks. Easy drive to various towns in 4 directions & to visit the whole region. Boat ramp, Surf Club, skate park, tennis all local, golf close too.

Why they chose this property
Only a hop & a skip to the beach with the tranquility of green farm views to the hills behind. We love fishing, kayaking in the river & estuary & family fun on the huge back lawn.
What makes this property unique
Real beach holiday getaway but only ~15 mins to the golf course, great supermarkets, shops & cinema in Te Puke or 25 to the Bayfair Mall or on to The Mount, Rotorua, Whakatane & heaps of fun on offer in the region!
