Nestled in the hills near Kangaroo Valley, Burroo has everything you could want or need for a comfortable holiday stay, packaged into a cozy tiny house far from any tourists. Wake up in the queen bed in the mornings to beautiful blue skies out every window and make yourself a cuppa to enjoy out on the deck with birds calling to each other in the trees all around you.

After a hot shower, open up the doors and windows to enjoy the fresh air in perfect weather, and turn on the air conditioning on those hotter days to stay cool, or to stay warm in winter and snuggle under the blankets for a cozy day of reading and cuddling. At mealtimes, you can prepare food in the kitchen, or cook outside on the BBQ, and eat out on the sunny deck with the valley stretching out in front of you. If you don’t feel like cooking, run down to the Kangaroo Valley Pie Shop for some of the World’s Best Pies!

Find adventure during the day by driving five minutes down to Kangaroo Valley township to stroll along with their beautiful village shops, grab some treats to take back home, and stick around for dinner and a pint at The Friendly Inn, one of the region’s oldest pubs. The Southern Highlands is dotted all over with nature reserves, walking tracks, and lookouts, so don’t miss out on the opportunity for even more incredible views of native flora and local wildlife to see.

Relax in the afternoons and dip your toes into luxury by enjoying the spacious outdoor bath with room for two, and luxuriate in the splendor of your private vista with a glass of champagne or a book, far from highways and neighbours. - There is no TV or wifi at this property.
- We do not allow children or infants as this is a one bedroom couple retreat and there is also safety issues with open areas of water on the property

- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.

Burroo Tiny home
We had the most magical 2 nights here. The view, the incredible outdoor bath and we even cooked our dinner over the fire pit using our camp stove. It really was everything we needed and wanted in a get away from the City. Can highly recommend.

Ideal getaway in the Kangaroo Valley Region
Beautiful little tiny home with good sized deck. Huge outdoor bath, furniture set and fire pit. All the amenities you need, but we only did cooking outside on the bbq. Double glazed windows keep things warm enough on the inside without needing to put any heating on. Overall a great stay in a beautiful location with fantastic views.

Idyllic getaway
This gorgeous tiny house is exactly as described in the advertisement with the emphasis on tiny. However the outdoor space is so user friendly that if the weather is good you don’t really notice! Everything is clean and very new and the property super private. The bed is really comfortable. However we suspect the owners may not have sat on the outside chairs as they are very uncomfortable without extra padding (and the provided cushions are not adequate) so we suggest you use a beach towel or something! Also the bath plug was missing its silicon ring (vital) and we actually came across it randomly in the grass anyway. We contacted the agent but the reply came too late so thankfully we were able to improvise using a plastic bag over the plug! The best part was waking up to warbling magpies, curious kangaroos and even an echidna who popped in. You would definitely need a car to get here. Instructions on entry however are very clear and easy to follow and the town of Kangaroo Valley is delightful. We were very entertained by some locals at The Friendly Inn!
