Stunning Three bedroom duplex located half way between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay with Wifi, Air Con, Boat Parking & Pet Friendly

The two storey duplex features three-bedrooms all located on the ground floor with an upstairs air-conditioned open plan living room/ dining and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities. In the lounge room you can enjoy the use of the Smart TV to wind down and relax after a day out at the beach or shopping.
The living area opens out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. There is a high chair for use at the property.

The master bedroom boasts a generous en-suite and walk in robe with a television present to be able to wind down and relax in your own area, whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom contains 2 single beds, both with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom contains a bath (please note spa is not in working order), shower and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer and parking for one vehicle in the garage, with plenty of off street parking or enough room for a boat.

Entry of the property is via the top floor where you can conduct all your entertaining and all bedrooms are located downstairs. There is a powder room upstairs to make access easier for all guests.

Downstairs enjoy the gaming area set up with a table tennis area, PS2, TV and DVD player. Perfect for all ages! There is a fenced backyard for all to enjoy including your pet.

Sea Breeze is located just moments from fantastic walking, hiking and cycling paths in the beautiful Tomaree National Park.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
