Comfortable condo, great hosts

This condo was the perfect fit for our ski vacation. The ski out exit was close by and allowed us to easily access the slopes and the condo was well equipped for storing all our equipment. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking, the steam shower was great, and the beds were super comfortable and soft. Over all, would stay again!

Staying at the Treehouse

Warm and welcoming stay right from the start. Alyssa provided thorough communication and was wonderful to deal with. It truly felt like a friend lending us their place. It exceeded all of our expectations with comfortable beds, amazing amenities, and a homey atmosphere. We are so grateful!

Lovely unit cozy and cute. Walls were very thin, we could hear everything from other units.

Wonderful

The owners have done an incredible job of making this condo its own little ski oasis. Everything was as described and perfect. My only suggestion would be to have just one bunk bed for the kids as getting up in the night (as adults often do multiple times) can be precarious. Otherwise, couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Cozy space, amazing views, true ski-in, ski-out, noisy neighbours

The good: - Very close location to Village, and true ski in, ski out - Cozy feel to unit, some days you really don't want to leave even if the snow is good! - Fully stocked and easy to use kitchen space - Surprise bottle of wine and local coffee supplied on arrival - Great steam shower (although takes a while to get really steamy) - Lots of board games and books supplied The bad: - VERY thin apartment walls, especially in the bedroom, means that there is a lot of sound transmission from neighboring units. On Friday and Saturday nights it was impossible to sleep until around 3am, when the unit below us also finally went to sleep. Contacting the building manager each night gave no response. Security did eventually show up after two phone calls, and got the music turned off on Friday night, however the occupants of the unit stayed up and talking - not overly loud talking, but the walls are thin enough that we could hear every word in their conversation. On weeknights we could hear the TV playing while we were getting ready for bed, but this was turned off around 11pm, so sleeping wasn't an issue. - Bunk beds in each room. Although we understand that this choice maximizes the occupancy for the unit, climbing over your partner to get in and out of bed gets old quickly. We feel that a bunk bed in one room, a free standing double bed in the other, and a sofa bed jn the living space would be a far more comfortable option. - The fireplace in the main living space didn't seem to put out heat, although we followed the unit managers instructions on how to turn it on. Only a minor issue, as the main thermostat kept the unit fairly warm without additional heating, and there were plenty of nice blankets provided for use on the couch

Why they chose this property

This place had that mountain cabin feel that is harder and harder to find these days. We fell in love with the relaxed feel this place had right off the bat. Cozy and with beautiful views, we couldn’t be happier to create our memories here and hope you can do the same!

What makes this property unique

Exposed cedar posts, natural wood, vintage ski decor, comfortable beds and seating and a massive steam shower! Most of all… the expansive mountain views sunrise to sunset and the perfect views of the fireworks every Saturday night.
