MIRRIAM BEACH HOUSE- 300 METERS TO FRONT BEACH

This charming holiday home has everything you need for the ultimate beach break!
The property sleeps 6 guests. 2 bedrooms, 1x king bed, 2 x single beds & a sofa bed in the lounge area. All linen & towels are supplied.
The lovely kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm on your beach holiday or you can BBQ out the backyard.
The backyard is fully fenced so you can bring your favourite pooch!!

Mirriam Beach house is 300 meters to the lovely Capel Sound Foreshore.
There are several local attractions near by including Cafes, Restaurants, Wineries, Golf Courses, Fishing, Shopping, Markets& many more.

The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules and the VIC Code of Conduct. Nice little getaway
An enjoyable stay, house is equipped with everything you need, although there is no WIFI. Dog friendly- secure yard and undercover area. Window sills and blind are very dusty and there were quite a few cobwebs inside and outside the property.

Unassuming and comfortable
It was easy to make ourselves at home in this basic house that has all essentials. The location is great, in a quiet street yet very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The dogs were welcome and comfortable with a very secure yard. We look forward to coming back.

A calm beach house
Only a 300 meters to the beach and some restaurants. The neighbourhood is a quiet and it’s located in a central area where you can drive to a popular beaches within a few minutes. The host provided all the stuff we need and it has a big backyard. The only downside was no wifi in the house but other than everything was great.

Car got broken into. Took 2 hour to clean BBQ. TV didn't work - was sorted out next day. Needed some kind of WIFI. Quiet and good location. Inside house was clean and tidy. lot of cobwebs, windows not cleaned.

Perfect getaway
The house was just perfect for us we literally parked the car in the drive and walked everywhere. The beach was quiet and safe for our kids and they happily enjoyed the beach. Our dog came too and it was perfect for her too, safe and secure backyard and she lazed around in the shade of the trees. Perfect location, we walked to the shops just up from the house that had everyrging we needed. Loved it so much, the kids werr begging to stay longer, we will be back.

Amazing cozy and clean house
We love the size of the house, the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. We had kids over on Saturday night for dinner and we watched footy together, we didn't feel crowded in the house. The only thing is that the microwave could have been bigger and more powerful as we had to heat up food and it took a while. Definitely coming back next time

This property had everything we needed and a great yard for our fur baby! Superb, quiet location and close to amenities, including the beach. We would definitely stay again. Mirriam Beach House
A cosy older (updated) house in a convenient location, a quiet street. Everything you require for a stay near the beach is provided. Simone was very friendly and helpful.

Beach getaway 2023
We sailed in the bay nearby and came back to the beach house each night to recover, relax and catch up with each other. Our sons are young adults and they joined us for a few nights and they loved how close the beach and pub were to the house. I liked that I could store my boat trailer and car onsite. The neighbours and community stores to chat and everyone was so friendly and told us where to eat and visit. We would start again.

Great location
This little house in Capel Sound was very clean with ample and safe yard for our pooch and kids. It's just a short walking distance to Capel Sound beach and a short drive to Rye and other surrounding areas. Simone was an awesome host. She was quick to respond to our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely location by the beach
Perfect for a short or long getaway as a couple. Monty Schnauzer also enjoyed the relaxing backyard and walks to the beach. Would consider coming to Capel Sound again!

Convenient beach stay
The house was conveniently located and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It should be noted that there was no internet or wifi but otherwise the house was very well suited to our needs. The yard was fully fenced and very tidy.

Great location
We had a nice and relaxing time and the house had everything we needed. It was also very close to shops and the beach. Our puppy enjoyed her stay too with ample backyard room for her to play. Highly recommend.
