Really disappointed.

This VRBO was not properly cleaned and in disrepair. Broken mirror frame, broken microwave handle, broken blinds, bent shower rod, balcony was filthy to the point that we could not use it. Windows were dirty, kitchen drawer was broken, bathroom lighting rusted and bulbs not working and/or missing and the bathroom sink had rusted through. Contacted owner and management company Evolve.Took multiple photos. I have never had a problem with a VRBO before and I do not understand how this condo had such high ratings.

Excellent accommodations!

Highly recommend this property, very clean and everything we needed to feel at home. Excellent communication with the property management during our stay (our pool key needed activated) and it was taken care of immediately. We will be back next year!

The place is perfect! Small, cozy, colorful and just a great place for a getaway! They made sure we had everything we need such a beach supplies, laundry plates cyps etc. Save your money on gas and just walk everywhere its the perfect area.

Great getaway

Completely enjoyed the location. There is a lot of construction in the area but easy to navigate. The pool was beautiful and clean. The Condo was clean and accomadating. The bed could have been a little higher but it was comfortable. Will do this again!!

GREAT, first time doing a VRBO, we were able to check in 4 hours early, the short walk to ocean was done MANY times, great fishing and very relaxed area, would do this again

Clean, cute condo just a short walk to the beach

Condo is just a short walk away from the beach. The condo is clean and cute. It had a good kitchen with all that you need to make your own food. The condo is also kid friendly with movies and toys. Close by you will find a grocery store and a number of restaurants. A great place for a getaway.

spur of the moment trip

Great area being quiet and close to alot of things. Wonderful welcome basket including samples of sunscreen which I had forgot to take. Futon was not very comfortable for sitting and the hot tub water was dirty which is actually the condo's management issue so overall very nice stay.

Fishing the Surf at Padre Island

We were only a few minutes from where we fished. We had everything we needed for the weekend stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for our meals. We hope to make this an annual outing.

Greatness in a Condo

Our stay at the Beach Club Condo was just wonderful. Check in was keyless and a breeze. Property manager kept in contact with me throughout my stay. I was offered complimentary early check in or late check out. The location is great; just a short walk to the beach. Had access to pool and workout room and all the small extras (snack basket, soft tissue, lavender soap, set of wine glasses, table setting) we’re just amazing. Looking forward to staying again.

Great little spot!

This place was awesome. Right next to the beach super clean. Had everything you needed for cooking cleaning if needed. Walked in to a gift basket with snacks toiletries and all kinds of goodies! They even had beach toys and pool toys if you have kids. Property manager was very nice and in communication whenever needed. Will definitely be going back.
