Gather over seafood feasts at the long timber dining table, then step outside to the covered patio and enjoy a wine and cheese platter at the outdoor table for ten, all overlooking a fully enclosed garden.

Unwind across five bedrooms, each offering quiet comfort. In the primary bedroom, stretch out on the king bed, catch up on work at the study nook and keep things tidy with a walk-in wardrobe before indulging in the ensuite. Drift off in two other king bedrooms, each styled with calming coastal décor. Ideal for kids or friends, the fourth bedroom features a king-single bunk, while the fifth includes two bunks, bean bags, and a window seat for reading. Refresh in the family bathroom with a bathtub or the third bathroom with a walk-in shower—making mornings smooth for larger groups. A full laundry with a washer and dryer helps keep things fresh throughout your stay.

Stay comfortable year-round with ducted air conditioning in the main living area and the primary and second bedrooms, while fans and oil heaters are provided in the others.

A small starter pack of firewood is included for the fireplace during winter, with extra available from nearby service stations or hardware stores. On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $324. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
