Located just minutes from the resort and convenient to many popular restaurants and shops, this mountainside home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three spacious floors of living space. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a gas fireplace to warm up by. Take in the commanding views of Sunday River Resort in the outdoor hot tub or relax in the large upstairs primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. House has Level 2 - 70amp charger for electric vehicles.
To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
