The master bedroom has a plush queen bed for you to melt away in, as well as an ensuite and a private outdoor area to offer a little parents retreat.
The second bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed.
The second bathroom has a dual-head shower (overhead and handheld), toilet and vanity.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also conveniently located in the unit.
The apartment is also equipped with a porta cot and high chair to make it a little easier on travelling families.
This property has one car parking space with its own private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited.

Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the apartment, private patio, outside grassed area which is shared and lockup garage.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the Maroochydore River in a quiet residential block. You are a few minutes walk to Ocean Street dining precinct, 15 min walk to cotton tree beach, 10 minute walk to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba.
Getting Around:
There is a great bus service right nearby which will take you all over the coast however most travelling with cars will find this unit easy to navigate the coast from.

Other Things to Note:
*The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit all 4WD type vehicles (It's 2010mm high and 2400mm wide).
*Please note the visitor parking spots are not available for overnight guest use, these spots are for visitors only. Please park in the garage.
*There is a jetty which you may use during the day to tether your boat. Please keep in mind this is a shared jetty and boats cannot be tied here overnight.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding
