Overall very relaxing property.
Property was in a great location. Overall was relatively clean. Although a cigarette was found by a minor in the couch and cockroaches were found in the kitchen. It wasn't all doom and gloom as these things can be missed. Overall great little holiday rental

Do not want this on social media
I called to ensure there was a coffee machine and hair dryer Among other things that I could bring if they were not available I will keep it minimal There was no basin plug for the bathroom basin, the “coffee pods” did not fit the Nespresso machine, we had to clean mould from dishes, So after going to shop for rubbish bags, a hair dryer and coffee pods that worked we were a tad disappointed Thank goodness it was only us as there was nowhere to hang clothes we used a second bedroom to hand clothes We had a great time in the situation but won’t be coming back To this place - Who can’t afford for the money you pay only to have 2 rubbish bags 1/3 of a toilet roll and 3 sheets of a handi towel We have stayed all over the place across Oz and never expected this especially when we called in advance and asked questions

Great views from the deck
Communication was a breeze, the property was nice with modern furnishings, however as other's have noted two of the bedrooms are downstairs connecting to the garage. The view from the deck to the lake is nice, however the boat ramp is directly opposite (and when we were there was very popular) so it might not be ideal if you're looking for serenity. Overall though, it was perfect for our two families with small children. As a bonus, a great bakery and fish and chip shop is a short walk away.

Beautiful Views
The upstairs of the house is absolutely lovely - open, light, gorgeous views and beautifully decorated. The verandah and views across the water is spectacular. We did many walks up and down the sandy waters, right on the doorstep, so picturesque. Would be cosy in winter with the wood heater. It is right near a boat launch so does get busy with cars and boats during peak season. Downstairs bedrooms make it difficult if you have young children but they are very clean and spacious.

Beautiful location with a great view
Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are located in the garage. This would be hard for little kids as one of mine was scared to sleep down there by herself so I had to sleep down there with her. The rooms in the garage are warm but when you leave for a shower and have to walk outside, it is cold. The heater in the lounge was broken and there was only a very small blow heater. This was not sufficient for the upstairs area. When you want to have breakfast you have to go outside and up the back stairs to get to the kitchen if you are sleeping in the garage. There is an outside toilet for the downstairs rooms. This would be fine in the summer though if it were warmer. You could park your car in the garage or there was room out front for 3 cars. There were no lights on when we arrived and you have to walk around the back in the dark. The ground was soggy and our bags got very wet in the driveway which was a pain. The view from upstairs is incredible with the lake right of front of the house. There are no curtains in the front or back of the lounge/kitchen areas so you feel a bit exposed at night with the lights on. The street is quite though and the house is right at the end of the street so not many people come up there except to put their boats in at the ramp. There is a very good Beef eater BBQ. The outside area seats 8 and is really spacious and nice. The beds are nice and clean. There is only room on the couches for 4 people but you can sleep 8 in this house so I think they needed another couch. There is another little breakfast nook area though which easily seats 8. The bathroom was spotless. There is a dishwasher also. We met a couple of our older children there for the weekend and it was good for them. there were bikes but the tyres didnt work. It would be really good for kids who want to go swimming in the lake and the parents can watch from the balcony. Nice big fluffy towels. Overall I thought it was overpriced at over $600 + per night. I think a fairer price would be $500 per night. Inadequate heating was a big issue for us because it was less than 10 degrees. The shower was great with very good pressure and heat. Good coffee shop just a 10 minute walk down the road. Also a seafood shop which had a good line up.
