Romantic getaway for two, or for small to largeish families. We have enough bedding for 10!
Our newly renovated home can sleep ten in this beachfront property and enjoy the gorgeous view from the balcony sipping on a wine or cooking up a barbie on our cooker.
We ask mainly that guests respect the peaceful nature of the area and no parties are allowed, as noise is carefully monitored by neighbourhood security watch.
Please note that currently his house does not have Wi Fi as it is under development
Note also the hot water is electric, not gas, and will need time to reheat if it runs out.

Weekend at Philip Island
Really appreciated how responsive the owner Ray was to my queries and to extending in check in and out times. Also appreciated that Ray and May allow one night weekend booking as that suited our group so it was great to find that flexibility. The house was as described and has a lovely view from the top story. It was clean and tidy inside and the kitchen was very well appointed. It was great to enjoy dinner together around the large dinner table. The bedrooms were also really well appointed for our needs with the flexibility of bunks etc. The only area that could do with some attention was the back deck on the lower level that looked like it could do with a good clean up to be able to use it. Thanks for a great weekend. location great and central to all the Philip Island activities .

Great views and location
A lovely place to stay, with a great view of the Bay. There was a path through some bushland to the beach, which was only a 5 minute walk. The property had a lovely feel to it, and our family enjoyed relaxing there.

No. TEN, if you include a dufus big great dane and a dopey little rag doll (Website hidden by Airbnb) nine if you count a noisy budgie too! And now two more ChiPoo pups too!!!

Nestled in the pristine bush foreshore, and a mere stone’s throw from Cowes central, is charming "Mootopia", a home away from home to meet all your holiday needs.

This luxury accommodation sleeps up to 10. Bedrooms 1 with a comfy queen bed is secluded upstairs with a full seaside view. Remember this is our home that we are sharing, not a hotel, although it is presented to a very high standard by our maintenance team.

Bedroom 4 has a double bunk.

Linen is supplied.
This newly renovated luxury house has a well appointed kitchen with European appliances, 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, laundry with washer and dryer, and two lounges. There are 2 decks, the top with a bbq and commanding views of Western Port Bay. The vibe is beachy and relaxed and every comfort has been thought of.
Enjoy a night of wine and cheese by the Coonara, watch a movie on one of the 3 flatscreen TV’s, or simply lie in a deck chair enjoying the views of the water. If you are lucky you might catch the antics of your neighbours…...the wombats and wallabies, that is!
Cowes is a 20 minute walk along the beach but is also in easy driving distance of all the Phillip Island attractions.
