Atlantis House - South West Rocks - Bring your own linen

This tidy 2-storey home is only a short walk to all amenities. With a spacious kitchen, modern appliances and a comfortable living and dining area, there is enough room for the whole family.
Upstairs boasts 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub, and separate family room. There is a wooden deck and outdoor seating area to enjoy. Downstairs has a 3rd bedroom, 2nd shower and toilet, and fully equipped laundry. There is a BBQ pergola at the rear of the house. You will have access to a double lock up garage and there is enough room on the driveway to park a boat.

Please Note: Atlantis House requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
