Located 2 km from the beautiful town of Privas, 20 km of Aubenas, beautiful house for 10 people. with private pool and barbecue Moroccan style.
Large garden and wonderful views over the Ardèche mountains.

Large kitchen, beautiful living room, lounge area with leather armchair, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms-bathroom. The 5th bedroom is next to the pool and is reserved exclusively for adults or teenagers but not toddlers. It has a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a cot and high chair available.
The 11X5 size pool is fully secured by a barrier.
The villa is located in a very quiet place, ideal to relax, explore the area and enjoy the city of Privas, which every year grows and becomes a very nice tourist attraction ...

La maison aux terrasses !!

Une belle vue depuis chacune des terrasses ! Une grande piscine pour bien s’ébattre ( bien qu’un peu profonde…) maison spacieuse et bien outillée, mais… une toute petite télé ! Bien agréable dans l’ensemble, pour un séjour familial.

Belle villa pour un agréable séjour

Beaucoup de place pour passer du temps ensemble ou se détendre seul. Cuisine très bien équipée. Grande piscine s'il fait beau temps. Environs calmes, mais évidemment tout se fait en voiture.

Toute la famille adoré la maison

Accueil très chaleureux. Maison avec superbe vue sur Privas dont les lieux de vies sont très spacieux. Nous étions 2 familles avec enfants et chacun avait largement son espace. On a adoré le salon marocain extérieur avec le barbecue :-). Piscine hyper sécurisée. Cuisine équipée pour les grandes familles. Il n'est pas impossible qu'on la reloue un jour.

Without doubt one of the best houses we've stayed in

After traveling in Provence for many years this is definitely one of the best houses we have stayed in. The ad does not show the house as it deserves at all. Nice large rooms, lovely connected terraces which are all covered with awnings which can be rolled out as needed. Nice pool area with 8 sunbeds, 2 large parasols and adjoining room with nice toilet and shower. The house is approx. 20 minutes from the motorway, 5 minutes by car from the town of Privas, it is also possible to walk as the walk is hilly and warms the body. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Très chouette endroit à proximité de la Dolce Via pour nous amateurs de vélos

Nous avons bien profité de la maison , de la piscine et nous avons découvert une très belle région ! Le seul petit point négatif au niveau de l ´hébergement est la petite salle de bain avec wc intégré au premier étage pour 3 chambres ! Sinon maison très bien équipée !

Mooie woning die voldoet aan de basis vereisten en hygiëne

Bij aankomst was de woning volledig gereinigd en alles was netjes in orde. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met goede rondleiding. Alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig en er is hierover geen enkele opmerking gegeven door de medereizigers. Enige opmerking was dat bij zulke temperaturen een airco op de slaapkamers wel een pluspunt zou geweest zijn, want ondanks de voorziene ventilatoren was het wel heel warm op de slaapkamers boven wat een goede nachtrust niet ten goede kwam. Enkele personen hadden ook wat last van de harde matras, maar anderen dan weer niet. Over het algemeen waren we zeer tevreden over de woning en hebben er een leuke vakantie gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk onthaal ter plaatse en goed onderhouden zwembad. Alles wat nodig is om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben was aanwezig.

Un séjour agréable et tranquille sans aucun vis à vis

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très belle région. Je conseille cette villa pour des personnes ne souhaitant pas particulièrement visiter la région. Vous avez tout sur place pour votre confort, hormis l'alimentation dans la ville toute proche. Par contre, pour les balades à pieds aucun sentier pédestre ne part directement de la maison (quartier résidentiel), il faut prendre la voiture, et même si cela ne paraît pas très loin à vol d'oiseau, il faut du temps pour y accéder (bcp de virages). Il faut le savoir !

Très belle maison, bien équipée et proche de Privas et de la vallée de l'eyrieux.

Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique par les personnes en charge de la location . La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et elle permet de profiter d'un bon séjour à 10 personnes sans se marcher les uns sur les autres. Elle est bien équipée et on peut stationner 3 voitures . La piscine est de bonne taille et bien entretenue avec beaucoup de bains de soleil. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables surtout le salon type maracain. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa !

Droomhuis in de Ardeche

Prachtige villa voorzien van alle gemakken met veel ruimte voor prive indien nodig. Uitstekend en ruim zwembad. Prima communicatie en heel flexibel in de uitzonderlijke aanloop in Coronatijd. Klein minpuntje is dat de matrassen van de bedden vrij stevig ( mij iets te hard) zijn. Verder niets dan lof over deze schitterende villa!

Très belle maison et très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille (7 adultes et 3 enfants) très agréable. Pas de bruit, une très belle vue, une maison bien équipée, un accueil chaleureux et une très grande piscine en font un endroit idéale pour se reposer et passer de bonne vacances en Ardèche. A louer sans hésitation.

Large house, nice and clean with all you need for a holiday in this wonderful part of France

We stayed for one week, the house is old fashioned but clean with all the facilities you will need for a stay. The pool and garden are tidy with lovely views. There are several seating areas so plenty of room for our party of ten. The only negative points are that the beds are rather hard and there were several small scorpions in the bedroom located next to the pool, these were not the usual house guest we are used to entertaining!
