The Space:
Nearly 2400 sq ft of space for the whole family or large groups. This ranch-style home offers 2 master suites and an open great room. The fully-upgraded modern kitchen includes gorgeous granite countertops, gourmet appliances and a stainless steel farm sink plus a separate dining room. The main master suite overlooks the sparkling pool with a soothing waterfall. The owner's bath includes a freestanding soaking tub and spa shower. The second master and both guest rooms line the west side of the house. A king in the second master, a queen suite, and guest room with two full beds.

As if the interior of the home wasn't highlight enoughm you'll love the ultra-private back yard oasis. A small outdoor living room w/TV, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, and a heated diving (deep) pool with waterfall. The perfect place to unwind on a warm Spring evening!

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency use only.

We stayed at this home for three nights. There were four of us, and we loved that we each had our own bedroom. The house was in a convenient location and the neighborhood was safe and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. A few negatives: there were only two wash cloths in the entire house; the outdoor string lights did not work; there was no opener for the garage door; and the patio furniture felt cheap and uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was fine.

We had a great stay at this well-equipped and comfortable house. The house was clean and nicely updated. They had everything we needed for our stay and we had plenty of room. The location was very convenient to Tempe and Scottsdale, as well as to the highway. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Loved the stay, pool was always crystal clear and water temperature was perfect. Great spot for families!
This place was perfect for a long weekend for two families, each with kids under 3. The double masters are a great touch and every bedroom has essentially blackout curtains making afternoon nap time in sunny AZ a breeze for the kids. Place was super clean and communication with the host was superb! Highly recommend.
