A spacious comfortable suite

I was surprised by how much space there was in this well-decorated two-bedroom suite. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay, and I'd easily recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place

Very quiet, peaceful. Bright and light. Plenty of room for three. No chair for 4 in living room is only negative but it was fine as only 3 of us

Spacious, Newly Developed, Great Location & Clean

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in April 2024. Check-in was super easy with detailed instructions provided by Kevin. The 2 bedroom suite was super clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bed and bath linens are good quality and beds were very comfortable (we loved the king in the primary). The location is central - and close to UVic. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again for our next trip to Victoria.

Beautiful suite!

Had an excellent stay with my young daughter as we visited her sister attending school at UVic. Super close to the school, very convenient. Clean updated suite with all the amenities. Will stay again!

Fantastic stay with my son

Stayed for 4 nights while my son had a competition at the Commonwealth Pool. We have stayed several times at VRBOs in the area and this was by far the best. Very generous in space and wonderful amenities and entertainment. Two large beds tooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Easy parking and close to everything. This is absolutely where we will stay next time.

Fantastic VRBO

My family and I loved our stay here. Location was close to all our family members and easy to get to downtown Victoria. Lots of room and everything you need in the kitchen to cook and all the rooms were spacious. My Mom is older and a recommendation would to have a bath bar. Kevin was a great host and his rental is in a quite and beautiful place. We highly recommend his place !!!

Quiet Location

Bright Basement Suite

A very clean, comfortable suite with all the amenities one would need! Love the comfy bed and linens. Only negative was we were not expecting to be below the owners living above but the only sound you could hear was the pitter patter of little feet occasionally. Very considerate and good sound proofing so was not a big deal. Thank you for a lovely 4 night stay.

Fantastic!

Beautiful, extremely clean and well-stocked property. Easy drive to UVic in under 10 mins. Lots of thoughtful touches and supplies. Owner was super helpful and communication was very quick. High quality appliances and furnishings…..some vacation rental owners skimp on such things…..not in this rental. I especially appreciated there wasn’t a long list of checkout items to deal with - this is always a challenge when you have an early departure. We would absolutely return!

Place is brilliant

Photos underestimate how nice it is. It’s essentially brand new, is gorgeously decorated, and the hosts have thought of everything - nicer than a fancy hotel. Beds were super comfortable, all appliances are brand new. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Only thing I’d share is location might not be ideal if you don’t have a car. There is a public bus that goes by but prolly better for people with a car.

Lovely suite in a quiet leafy neighbourhood

This place was perfect for our family trip to Victoria to attend our son's university graduation. Spacious and tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is nice and bright and very well equipped for cooking our celebration dinner. There were thoughtful added touches such and toiletries in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen. Communication with our host was timely and made check-in and out a breeze. You will be very comfortable and well taken care of in this inviting property

A great place to stay!

This is a lower level unit, but there is plenty of light and there is very little noise from the upstairs owners. The unit has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. It is very clean and peaceful. The bathroom is spacious and bright, and the shower is great! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I recommend staying here!

Stellar Accommodation

Very spacious tastefully appointed and decorated two bedroom suite. Very well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with room for a couple. Comfortable living room spacious enough for guests. Internet and tv entertainment equipment top notch. Easy access to Mount Douglas Park, UVic and major arteries to get downtown, but is quiet and seems secluded.

Beautiful Gordon Head Suite

This beautiful suite was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. It has everything you need. Very quiet space in a very quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking space, with a well lighted path to the suite. Very comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, nice eating area, great living space with large television. Bathroom is very nice and clean. The host has thought of everything for this rental. Bring your suitcase and you will need nothing else. This suite is very clean and fresh. Great communication with the host. When I return to visit family, this is where I will be staying.

Weekend stay

Rented the unit for a few days and the unit was extremely clean and showed better in person then the pictures did it justice. Beds were very comfortable and the host supplied many creature comforts just in case we forgot them. Well stocked, great location, excellent communication with the host. Will definitely stay here next time we return to Victoria.
