Wonderful newly renovated 3 bedroom house with large lounge, seperate family room and modern kitchen. It has two seperate dining areas, with additional outdoor fresco dining for 6. Digital hotel safe for valuables.Relaxing front and rear private gardens. Fully lockable roller door garage and onsite parking for one additional car.
Rental period from 5 days minimum to 14 days maximum.
For your security, we have 1 camera (outside) rear of property. 2 cameras (outside) front of property and 1 camera (outside) to monitor the carport.

Absolute MUST Stay
This property is amazing. A lovely home in a quiet location close to everything. Kym is a host who can't do enough for you. We have stay here twice already and will definitely stay again. Highly Recommended.

Outstanding property
We’ve stayed in many accommodation houses and can say that this cottage is certainly one of the best. Everything from communication with the owner, the property itself, the cleanliness, attention to detail is all designed for maximum experience. Nothing disappointed. For us, when visiting Adelaide again, there’s no need to search elsewhere.

Convenient Cottage with Caring Host
We spent ten days at Kym’s cottage. It is conveniently located, warm, quiet and contained everything we needed. Kym is a kind and courteous host who went out of his way to ensure that all of our needs were met, especially those of my husband who has mobility problems.

Where should i start…. Booking online was easy. Communication with our host was easy. On arrival we were met by the delightful Kym and shown around the house. The house/home is AMAZING,it has EVERYTHING you need. We entertained family every night,used every dish and utensil in the house with no need to compromise. The comfort and decor,chocolate,wine,slippers,robes shows how commited our host Kym is. Location is great:) Thankyou Kym

You won't be disappointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarence House Cottage. Kym was easy and responsive to communicate with and was very helpful with answering any questions we had. The cottage is immaculately clean and Kym has included many thoughtful additions to make you feel welcome and well catered for. I will stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Kym.

This property is A1! Excellent property with everything you could ask for and more. Kym is awesome and will go out of his way to look after you and is very helpful and friendly. I was actually working away from home but I have plans to return with my wife and have a holiday in Adelaide and hopefully stay at this property again.

Charming Cottage
The property was lovely. Comfortable and very clean. Kym was very welcoming and ensured that everything was perfect. Although only just off major arterial road the location was very quiet and peaceful. Look forward to visiting again.
