Everyone was nice and helpful. Amazing view of the ocean, enjoyed waking up and seeing that view everyday.

No water, no electric, no management on site

I would like someone to contact me about getting some of my funds refunded. We had numerous days with 2 days no water, 2 days no electric. The manager was never there, I had to text her on my personal phone (I should charge you for the international charges) she was never there for anyone checking in, people coming banging on my door (access to front of property) looking for the manager to check in. I texted her 5 differnt days for her to come to property. I have pictures of coach roaches that we killed in our room...the property was unkept and filthy. It was a hostel, which the property website does NOT DISCLOSE that at all on there. There were people coming and going all times of the night. Our room was told coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer. None of these were there. I had to call again....and then was given a coffe maker. The refrig was barely big enough to keep a few bottles of water / food as well as cold enough for food for a week. The was NO FREZER at all. The one that was in room did not work. The pool was so dirty no one got in it the entire week. I called Cornelius about it and on wednesday (i was leaving on Friday) a person came to pool and cleaned leaves off top, put a little chlorine and left. The water is still dirty and no one got into it. I have where I fell on your concrete steps due to the concrete is loose and falling apart. I have pictures of all of this. Booked for 5 nights but had to cut short it to three nights for the inconvenience. 1. We were three guests but arrangements were made for two people only. No blankets, towels, and bed sheets were provided for the third guest. 2. The washroom was small and dingy. Water drips out and wets the floor. 3. Sink was high and not reachable to short people 4. No proper closet to put and open and keep luggage. There was a narrow nook which we used as a storage space. 5. The balcony was dirty with moss and with paint-chipped chairs, and not easy to open the sliding door, overlooking the pool. 6. Poor and choppy WiFi and damn slow. 7. No accessible plugs for charging. 8. Night stands not working, and one had no bulb. The location was good but inconvenient to stay. They offered another location on the third day but unfortunately didn't want to take the risk of spoiling our vacation.

It is located faraway from downtown, shuttled cost $25 to $35 one way, place looks clean but we where not able to sleep fit to a mouse going around the room and stele our snacks, there are extra cost for early check in or late Check out, is the agreement but to much disadvantage when there are nothing around to make time, Cornelia was nice host but we were not able to meet to discuss personally conditions of the place.

Super cute

The room was cute as could be. The pool area was nice too. Laundry did not work and communication with staff was poor. Our TV did not work and we let staff know and we never heard anything back. Despite that I would stay at the property again.

Property is very run down. Booked for the weekend so wife and daughter could come visit while working. Host didnt even know how many ppl were staying. Had to go get sheets for the second bed and extra towel from laundry room myself. Quick to check you in and quick tour then no follow up till i messaged was checking out early. Bed sheets had someones hair on them and blood stains on them. Woke up itchy from the bed. Bugs in room as sliding door barely closed. Had other guests come borrow batteries for AC remotes. Dishes in room were dirty and had to be washed before use. Hot water in shower had little to no pressure, made showering uncomfortable. Some maintenance and upkeep needed badly. Checked out a day early and cancelled wife and baby to come as the rusted out deck railings were unsafe for a 2 year old. Bad experience, would not recommend staying here.
