Come and enjoy our house located just a little over a mile (which means that you pay lower taxes) from Historic Downtown and Breckenridge Ski Resort. It's surrounded by trees and offers peaceful views from every window (especially from the living room and master bedroom - take a look at the pictures).

Spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, kitchen and sitting area are located on the main floor. Turn on a cozy fireplace and watch TV (Comcast Cable) or just enjoy the view of the woods and how quiet it is here. Just off the living room is a deck with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. There is an HDTV (Comcast Cable) with a BlueRay DVD player in the other sitting area.

All four bedrooms are located on the top floor. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The house sleeps 9 in beds, 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bus stop is located just about two to three blocks from the house. It's free and comes every 30 minutes during day and every hour at night. The last bus arrives around 1:00a.m. (please check the most current schedule). The bus will take you to visit the stores and restaurants on Main Street as well as to ski either to the base of Peak 9 or to the Gondola for Peak 8.

Aside from the 4 bedrooms, there is a large sitting area/second living room.
