Anniversary vacation

This cottage turned out to be an ideal location for our 51st anniversary stay. Our historic site destinations were just 30-40 mins away. It provided a very relaxing and restful place to stay after our tiring days activities. Sharon was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. She provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our special occasion. We would definitely check to see if this cottage was available if traveling in the area.

Perfect escape for the family

I had my sister, brother in law, and their 3 kids come in from out of town and we rented this cottage for them to stay in. It was the perfect place!

Peaceful Working Trip

We work at various golf tournaments and sometimes need to stay several days. This cottage was perfect for our latest trip. It was clean and just the right size for two of us. The area is peaceful and that made our early to bed schedule very workable. The owners added extra goodies which were appreciated. We recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area and we will be back too.

Quiet and Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, whole house very clean, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. Our host, Sharon, gave us some good recommendations on wineries to visit along with where to buy groceries so we were set! We enjoyed Hanover Park and Cellar 4201 wineries the most. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home inside and out in a gorgeous area. The cottage has everything. Sharon the host is wonderful. She will answer any questions before and during your stay. Wonderful, Relaxing Respite

This property is unbelievably beautiful and welcoming from the moment you enter the door. Really! There was a Welcome message standing just inside the entry and a Welcome basket on the kitchen table with red and white wine, and helpful information. It is everything that appears in the photos plus so much more! You will appreciate the lovely decor, the comfortable beds, and all the special touches to make your visit an experience worth remembering. I plan to return as often as possible.

Relaxing Stay

We were so lucky to find this little gem of a property! The house was spotless when we arrived and the owners made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and I enjoyed my morning coffee in the back yard to the sound of birds. We such a pleasant stay that my friend started thinking about a second stay the moment we had to leave! Definitely a relaxing getaway.

Simply Perfection

This lovely, well appointed cottage is the perfect place for visiting middle NC. Yadkinville is nestled between the mountains and the Winston Salem area. The cottage is nestled on a wooded lot within a quiet, well kept neighborhood. The host does not dissappoint and has thought of everything to make your stay "simply perfect".

Quiet and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful house while visiting North Carolina so my wife could play in a cornhole tournament. It’s located in a quiet location but easy access to the highway and not far from town for groceries or places to eat. The house you can tell has been recently remodeled and was very nice and clean!! The owners left a very thoughtful welcome gift for when we arrived. You can tell the owners spent time decorating and adding personal touches to the home that made us feel like we were at a home and not a rental property. Everything I need to cook a few meals and grill outside was there, including some seasoning. The outdoor pavilion/grill area was a great place to sit back and enjoy the evening while grilling. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you’re in the area.

Fabulous!

Perfect Location

Perfect location; perfect home-away-from home. Visited family in the area and found the home to be close, yet still felt 'country' and away. Beautiful area and on a nice, quiet country road, yet close to town (Yadkinville and Clemmons). The home is well appointed, exceptionally clean, and Ricky and Sharon's little touches made for a wonderful stay. Already discussing our next visit!
