Spacious Waterfront Home - Stunning Rocket Launch View

An exquisite 1-acre riverfront property right across from the NASA/VAB building. We have the closest dock to the launchpad, perfect for rocket launch views! A private home equipped with a pool and spa. Eloquently furnished throughout. Located 3 miles from interstate 95, 8 miles to 528 toll road, 10 miles to Playalinda beach, 12 miles to Cocoa Beach, and less than an hour to all Disney/Universal attractions!


Things to note before booking:
*Owner does live on premises in separate apartment with private access.
*Garages are not available for parking inside. There are many parking spaces in the driveway for vehicles. We only ask you not to park in front of the 2 garage doors on the left.
*We have one doorbell security camera facing the driveway. It will be on during your stay.
*The dock is not suitable for boat storage (no canal or boat lift). The water is very shallow (There is a boat ramp 4 miles from the house located at Parrish Park).

*Please note that if the amount of guests exceeds more than 6, there is a $25 fee per person per night*

**Weddings and Events are allowed and incur additional fees and require our approval after we confirm a mutually good fit. Please visit wrenisleevents.com for more info. If an event occurs during your stay without owner approval, additional fees will be processed through VRBO.**

Spring Break Vacation
We had an amazing stay at Wren Isle. The views were breathtaking and we were able to see 2 rocket launches! Larry, the owner was available for any questions we had and never in our way. We will definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10!!!

Not what it looked like or the luxury we expected
This property looked great in pictures and when you walked through the door BUT once inside you saw the flaws. And I have pictures! Dirty pool bbq and patio for starters Repairs and maintenance issues everywhere you looked. And I have more pictures! Broken rusty seat m, doors that open but not close, screens with holes in I could go on …. Pity because amazing setting on the river and we saw a rocket launch in real time which was a highlight Overall absolutely not worth the high cost

Highly recommend Wren Isle, beautiful and convenient location with all the you would typically need. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spend time with family or friends. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts were a joy to work with.

Big house, Rocket launch view, owner lives on property
Enjoyed the big house with great views of rocket launches. Dock on Indian River is nice and kayaks were provided, also nice. Owner, Larry, responded to issues we had but sometimes this was a slow process since he has multiple properties. Had an issue trying to get the spa heated and the pool was not heated due to the cold weather. House is located on 5 Lane highway which must be crossed to go on walks.

Sibling weekend
We had a wonderful stay at Wren Isle. The property was lovely, and the views were outstanding. Everything was as advertised. There were 10 of us and the house was very accommodating and roomy!! Our only disappointment was not seeing an easy way to put paddle boards and kayaks in the river at the property. We came within 3 1/2 minutes of seeing SpaceX launch right before our eyes! I would highly recommend this property and will make plans to return!

We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.

Paradise in Titusville
What can I say? This house looks every bit as impressive as the photos and then some! It blew me and my whole family away! There was plenty of space, a nice pool and the best jetty view I have ever seen! We saw two space rockets take off at Kennedy, we felt like we were on the front row!! Larry the owner was super nice and came and chatted with my family one night, which we loved to hear the local stories! An extremely enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend ⭐️

Beware of extra charges
I booked this property almost a year before our stay, and the house manager updated the listing recently with a list of extra charges, so I got a bill after we checked out for an extra 225.. 150 to “heat the pool”, which wasn’t working a day or two, and the hot tub was never hot enough to get in. They also charged me 75 for a few family members to come over for Thanksgiving. The view is beautiful, but the house needs some TLC… and the house manager lives in the garage apartment, which has full access to the house. Would not rent again due to extra fees and lack of privacy.

Great Family get-away Home!
We had our family here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A SpaceX launch happened while we were there and it was awesome. You can easily watch the launch and hear the sonic boom. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning property. Extremely clean inside. Every morning walking out of the dock watching Dolphins, birds and fish was the best way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and planning on staying here again.

This house was outstanding. Great quiet location, right on the water. The house was very clean and fit 7 of us perfectly! We were lucky to see 2 rocket launches while we were there and the house was in a perfect location to see them go off. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Lovely home for a family get together! Plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Kids enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaking. Location was great to visit different beaches and restaurants. Owner was excellent to work with. Looking forward to another visit!
