Luxury lovely house 2 minutes to the beach
This is a recently renovated home with all electrical appliances also being brand new. The house boasts a large living/dining area, as well as 3 big bedrooms. Enjoy the natural light and summer breeze throughout the whole house, or if it's too hot then cool down with the ducted air conditioning.
The property is a hop, skip and jump (within 150m - perfect to wake up early and enjoy the sunrise over the water) of the beach and has an amazing outdoor shower for you to enjoy upon your return. Local cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants are also within 10 minutes walk. Whether you are a casual trekker or looking for some adventure, there are a number of different coastal walks and bushwalks within a 10-minute drive.
This new and stylish property is perfect for families, or a group of friends looking for a getaway.

The kitchen is recently renovated with brand new appliances (please let us know if we are missing anything). There are a total of 3 toilets and 3 showers (1 outside), so the house is perfect for both families and groups of friends.

There is one parking spot in the driveway of the property, otherwise, there is plenty of street parking.
