This is a genuine Kiwi bach, with wooden floors and an easy open flow. It has indoor-outdoor living, on two sides of the property. Yesteryear cottage, with comfortable beds and a smart TV. Both bedrooms have queen beds and both bedrooms have a desk set up for working from home. It's old and loved, please do not expect new!
It is fully fenced at the back area, and safe for children or your pet.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.
We use the bach ourselves, and love how close it is to the beach and shops. You can literally walk if you want!
Like any genuine bach of it's era, it needs upgrading, so we run it as airbnb to allow that to happen. 2022 was completely new plumbing with mains pressure.

Spacious, near the beach, and Stanmore is one of the best on the Coast, right? It's so big, it literally never feels overcrowded, plus... it has a boat ramp!
