Awesome Spring Break

We were a family of 8 and we add the best time. The townhouse was clean and nice the property manager was so friendly and accommodating. We had to call her for a few minor problems and she was quick to respond. We loved the fact that we had entertainment for the kids. They had beach supplies for us to use and we didn't have to go and purchase any. The convenience of having the shuttle bus come directly to our door when called and take us to the beach and pool was awesome. The only fault we might have was the disposal not being resolved but overall it was a ten out of ten for us! We will use them when we come to North Myrtle Beach again!

Quick Trip for Baseball Tournament

Quick 2 nights for a baseball tournament at Ripken Experience . Easy drive to fields. Description of property is accurate. Carpets could use a deep clean and electric keypad needs batteries changed. Pipes make a loud noise when you or the neighbors flush the toilets.Kitchen had ziploc bags, tin foil, and cooking spracy which was nice. Shuttle to and from the beach is nice. Would stay again.

Townhouses

Overall stay was good. Beds were comfortable, but we did desire to have an updated coffee maker, and more kitchen dish towels. There also is a problem with the pipes. Every time the toilets were flushed, you could hear an aweful sound in the wall.

Great vacation!

The townhouse was perfect, very clean. Easy check in and check out. We spent a lot of time at the pools. It was great to have a path right to the ocean.

Beyond Expectations

This is a great location, our family has been here on numerous occasions. This particular condo was better than advertised. Very clean, and the beds are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE… We had to adjust our dates and they worked with us with no hassle at all. We even had the actual homeowner email us before arrival. We will certainly be back. I would highly suggest this property to friends and family…. My kids said the unit was better than any 5 star hotel.

The property interior was absolutely filthy, as if it hadn’t even been cleaned from the previous vacationers. The upstairs bathroom toilet leaked constantly. The carpeting hasn’t been vacuumed and is stretched horribly. The wasn’t enough glasses or utensils to share a meal together. There were marks all over the walls. The main lock to get in did not work and had a key lock box on the doorknob. The code that was provided did allow access through the main gate after 10 pm so we had to go around to another entrance. There was insufficient blankets for the the upstairs and downstairs bedding. It was a really big let down. I have gone to the same development for two years and this second time was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend the property we stayed at to anymore until it is cleaned, repaired, and inspected.

Great house and resort

We had a great time. The resort and house we as advertised. Everything was clean on arrival. Location was also very convenient to groceries, restaurants, golf and shopping. We reported a couple of small issues upon arrival and they were dealt with right away.

Great place, location and booking was quick and easy. Close to the beach, comes with pool access and everything is in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Getaway - So Positive

The property was as advertised, clean, and the kitchen was modern, functional and our family enjoyed the layout of the entire space. We knew fully that this property was not exactly on the beach, but that didn't bother us in the least, as we found the walk to the beach at approx. 12 minutes, not being an issue at all. The shuttle service was super helpful as well, whenever we were heading to the beach with many items to carry. Our teenage boys didn't mind the walk or shuttle either, and not once did they mention it as an issue (although, our teenage boys are super active and athletic kids in general). Bathrooms were clean, modern, functional, and having a bathroom on each floor was helpful. Having a keypad entry to the front door (where a key isn't required) was a small feature, that our family thought was brilliant, and worked absolutely great for us. With the family often coming back for a snack, or to pickup an item, was convenient such that we didn't have to pass around a key, which was very convenient, particularly on vacation. Overall, the entire experience at this location was super positive, and 100% would return to the this same location. We are already make plans to return!!!

Perfect place!

It was nice than the pictures and the shuttle service at the resort is amazing. 10/10 recommend. I had my bach party here with 6 other girls and it was perfect for it!!

Terrible Experience

Upon arrival room smelled like Marijuana. Called to complain and was told I was a liar. Over and over. It was a recent smell we sprayed air cleaner to remove smell. Honestly we called so that we would not be accused of anything. 5 hrs from home and we were kinda stuck. Townhome does not match pictures on website. No parking pass for pool. Just a terrible stay. Alot of money spent, my family and I made the best of the situation. Never will use this company again.

Great property

This was definitely a great place to stay the rooms were just the perfect size for us. The only thing we had trouble with was the shuttle service and only because they didn't tell us that they stopped running before the pool closed so just be aware of that. We had to get an uber back to our condo. Overall it was great. We will definitely be back!!
