Great property!
This property was perfect for our family! It is close to the beach and having the pool was key. The beds were so comfortable and had real sheets, not the starch sheets like normal in rentals. All appliances were extremely nice and there were fun games and dinosaurs ready for the kiddos. I would definitely recommend!

Great Place! Great Location!
We just stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we loved this place. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool as well, it was never overly crowded and we were able to enjoy it every day. The owner was extremely attentive and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was very clean! We are looking forward to going back this year and have already booked another week for next year.

Very relaxing vacation
The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. We had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. The Property Manager was amazing. He gave clear check-in check-out instructions, was friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Beach trip
We enjoyed our stay . The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Grocery stores are close by as well as ice cream and coffee shops. It was October so the beach was not busy. The condo is very close to the walkway to the beach. We visited a neighboring town of Southport which I recommend and took the ferry to Wilmington .

Enjoyed our stay!
Our family had a great time in Oak Island. The condo is in a great location and we loved having the pool access as well. I appreciated a lot of the little touches in the condo, having access to the pantry, the extra shelves in the bathrooms, the kitchen being well stocked with utensils and appliances, and of course the champagne!

Fantastic Beachfront Condo!
Our family had a fabulous week at this property at Oak Island! The location was perfect - great ocean view, quick walk to the beach, quick walk (or drive) to restaurants, shops, and a large park. The community pool was clean and well-kept and was never very crowded. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra blankets to beach toys. The balcony with a view of the pool and ocean had ample seating, and we enjoyed quiet mornings on it with a cup of coffee. Bryan was the property manager that we communicated with, and he was incredibly responsive! We only needed his help as we were preparing for our visit, and he always answered promptly and gave us great suggestions! Can't say enough great things about this property and our week there. We definitely hope to stay at Oak Island and this property in the future!!

Best Family Vacation
The condo was clean and well equipped with things needed for our stay! Our family enjoyed our stay. Since it was so hot we spent most of our time in the pool. We were able to see sea turtle nests and how they are protected but missed hatchings. We will definitely book here again.

Diamond in the rough
We fell behind on vacation planning this year but found this condo was available just weeks before we wanted to travel. We knew where it was and knew it was an older property so we were a little skeptical. Wow were we impressed! It was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. It was perfect for 4 adults and the 2 grandkids. We cook a lot and there was EVERYTHING we needed and more!! Nice sized pantry kept us from having “stuff” on the counters all week!! Parking was very easy and the pool was very nice. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful view from the unit. Close to grocery stores and ice cream…a must for our family. The owners of the units on either side of us were both there and SO friendly. I can’t say enough about Bryan, our vacation contact. He was VERY responsive answering questions prior to the trip and was amazing for anything we needed along the way. Best property management experience I have ever had!!! We love Oak Island and now this property. I am sure we will stay here again.
