Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & A'Beckett St, only a 3min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.

You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 2min walk away from us.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on A'Beckett or Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.

If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street
Melbourne VIC 3000” just a 3 min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private home ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will provide you with the SELF CHECK-IN details.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.

Intentionally misleading
It felt like owner intentionally mislead us after we checked availability of pool facilities numerous time, what was told to us by agents and concierge of building did not correspond at all. Problems with wi fi and doors not locking.However location was very convenient.

It suited our requirements
This apartment suited the need for somewhere for my daughter & I to stay for the one night & 2 days. After checking out of a bigger house with friends, we stayed on and needed something smaller. This did the job. Check in was easy, although a bit of a nuisance having to carry luggage after picking up the key from the mini mart around the corner. Not sure why the onsite concierge can’t be used? The apartment was clean, but looked like it was cleaned in a hurry which was unexpected considering check in and check out times are so strict. Anyway it’s good enough for a few days in Melbourne city. Close to restaurants and the tram lines.

Excellent location. Fantastic communication. Room is well used, but loved it! Will stay again.
Excellent communication, easy to check in and check out. Only there for a few days but was central too the trams and the shops. Highly recommend for the convenience of the location. An excellent stay. I made comment that the room is well used, no doubt because of the popular location.. just a couple of things missed by the cleaning between bookings.. but did not lesson our enjoyment of our stay. Will be back, thank you!!!

Great Location, Disappointing Apartment
While this was a perfect spot to explore Central Melbourne, the apartment was disappointing. Walls were dirty, some areas hadn’t been cleaned, e.g. table top, laundry area. The small balcony was cluttered and dirty. And the bed was very uncomfortable. A new paint of the apartment, thorough cleaning and new mattresses would solve these problems.

Lovely 2 bed apartment inside the free tram area of central Melbourne. Lovely swimming pool, hot tub and sauna also available for residents. Highly recommended.
