Welcome to Casa Serenity! Situated on the pristine waterways of Pompano Beach, this spectacular 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom luxury waterfront estate makes the ultimate getaway for friends and families, providing a truly luxurious experience. Casa Serenity offers a very spacious open single level floor plan with a breath taking patio area, optional heated pool, and outdoor cooling jetted spa tub. Enjoy the Florida weather by sunbathing by the water, taking a dip in the pool or relaxing in the jetted tub. Enjoy the beauty of the underwater accent lighting in the evenings under beautiful star-filled skies.

INTERIOR:

1st Level
Upon entering Casa Serenity you are greeted with an open floor plan and an unobtrusive view of the waterway. The living room is situated directly off the patio and offers a pull out sofa. With three bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, there is sleeping availability for up to 8 guests. The home offers a well-stocked, and fully upgraded kitchen with updated appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. When weather is not ideal, we have plenty of board games and a ping-pong table for entertainment.

EXTERIOR:

The true appeal to Casa Serenity lies, undeniably, in the outdoor pool area. Both spacious and private, the setting is truly magnificent. Equipped with a full-size heated pool and chaise lounge pool chairs on the adjacent deck, the rear yard is situated on 75 feet of exposed water and presents breathtaking views of the constant boating activity. The pool area also features a gas BBQ with outdoor dining for six (6). The main beach portal is a short distance away and offers both lifeguard towers and outdoor cabanas for daily rental. There is also a multitude of first-class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a new Publix grocery store. Optionally-heated pool-* Optional pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $35/day plus tax with a duration of your stay minimum

This was a beautifully kept property with lots of amenities, canal side location, full kitchen, and plenty of space. I would highly recommend it for friends, family, and local outings. The management company anticipated all of our needs and was immediately available.

Amazing Stay!
This house was perfect for our family getaway. It was so clean and comfortable. The back patio/pool area was amazing. My kids loved it. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. We even had an iguana hanging out on the deck area most afternoons. The management company was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. Great stay all around! We will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was like home away from home. We enjoyed our outings in the day and enjoyed the amenities of the house when we returned. Beautiful house! The pool and spa were wonderful - we spent most of our time there. We loved watching the boats go by. House is very clean and everything looks new! Beds were very comfortable as well. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Casa Serenity
We had a wonderful week at Casa Serenity. The photos and description are truthful. The home is sparkling clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub along with the tiki setting added to the vacation experience. The management company is responsive and pleasant. We would highly recommend!

We loved the cleanliness of the property and the amenities as well as the quality of the fully stalked kitchen. I appreciate everything being labeled. We had an issue with the AC and they were very quick to service. The patio pool and hot tub was so beautiful. We stayed for a football tournament but my boys wanted to just relax after the games so this was perfect:)

nice property, well located
we stayed for a few days at this property and liked it a lot. It was all according to the descriptions. Only problem we had was with the pool water which had too much chlorine and turned our nails green. The property manager reacted quickly to fix the issue within a couple of days.

Relaxing getaway
I was so pleased with this property! It was exactly what the description says and so much more. The neighborhood is very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well appointed! We didn’t need to buy anything extra to be able to cook what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. Sitting out back under the tiki is great, we ate dinner there every night. And the tv is a great bonus!! You can see it from the pool. We will stay here again for sure!

Clean home on quiet canal
The home was very clean, well maintained and well prepared. I would recommend it for Adults as the rear yard may be a bit tight for more than 1 or 2 children. The home had all the necessary facilities. The rear tiki hut was quite comfortable. The only comments is 1) the tiki hut faced west with not a lot of afternoon shade which was a bit of a challenge. 2) The area is close to Pompano beach which is a bit quieter, if you are used to the hubub of Fort Lauderdale. All in all i would recommend this home

Just perfect
Even before arriving, the locator wanted to help us with my child’s birthday. The easy going check in helped me to do my boy’s birthday. The house was just perfect. VERY CLEAN! Everything we need was in the house even a ping pong table. We spent 10 days. The bedrooms were perfects and the mattress were very confortable. The kitchen was well equiped. Also, it was possible to get good communications if we needed something . The neibourhood was quiet and very clean . Very close from the beach. Pompano beach was just wow. Clear water and white sand. Shower to clean yourself and the parking was not expansive. We loved to go there.

You won’t be disappointed!
If you are looking for a great house in the Fort Lauderdale area, look no further. This house checked all the boxes of a picky family. Great location! Close to beaches and any store/restaurant you can possibly need on a vacation. We have a pretty high standard of cleanliness when it comes to rentals. This place was spotless and gave a great clean vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a variety of pillow thickness options to accommodate everyone’s needs. There were plenty of towels, including towels for swimming/beach. Being from upstate New York we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the back patio under the tiki hut. There is a beautiful set of patio furniture including a couch, love seat and two swivel chairs. The pictures do not do this property justice. We visited the house in late November and did not feel the need to heat the pool or hot tub. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a great spot to relax. You won’t be disappointed!

PEFECT HOUSE
My family of 4 stayed for 5 nights! Everything was perfect. The location is convienent to everything. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The house was VERY clean with plenty of towels for house and the beach. The starter pack of supplies was perfect for what we needed. I texted the management company about the remote control for the tv in the tiki hut not working. I did not expect anything out of it, just wanted to let them know and they sent someone to replace it. Any of the staff I talked to either in the office, the repair man and the lawn care people were SO nice. The beach supplies were also helpful as well as the provided games. I felt very comfortable allowing my 14 and 10 year olds play and go for walks on the street. We will definitely stay again!!

A PIECE OF PARADISE!
Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Serenity. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical seeing the lovely home on-line; however, to our SURPRISE and DELIGHT the photos are 100% accurate and the home is simnply BEAUTIFUL, quiet, and a perfect setting! The beds were beyond comfortable, the kitchen was totally appointed, and everything you can think of is taken care of and available. Aside from us going grocery shopping upon arrival, we needed nothing additional during our 10 day stay. The pool and hottub were cleaned twice a week, and the staff were helpful and professional. The neighbor to the right is super sweet and friendly, and her adorable dog likes to bark at the boats going by like they are pirates. We LOVE dogs!!!! Sadly, this vacation is probably our mom's last, but we savored every moment being together. We danced on the patio, made delicious food in the lovely kitchen, watched mom's favorite movies outside while feeling the warmth. Memories were made that will be everlasting and will forever be in our hearts. By The Sea Vacation Villas was so easy and great to work with. We needed HOSPICE medical equipment for mom and they couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and sweet!!!! TOP NOTCH AGENCY!! We can't wait to come back and then SMILE from the wonderful memories we all made together. Thank you Casa Serenity for the beautiful vacation!

Memorable & Wonderful Girls (Moms) Weekend Get-A-Way
If you are looking for the perfect place, Casa Serenity was the best part of our “much needed” Girls (Moms) Weekend Get-A-Way! This home is an oasis with the most perfect, quiet and relaxing outdoor patio space that had us quickly forgetting about the chaos we left back home. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our adult beverages on the amazing patio. We spent much of our time floating in the pool and relaxing in the jetted spa. The house itself was extremely clean, offered comfortable beds, a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen essentials and outdoor grill. There was a ping pong table which was a blast. House is centrally located near just about ANYTHING you need or can think of, including the ocean. The owners had supplied beach chairs, cooler and beach cart which was great for the day we went to the beautiful beach at Pompano Pier. You can tell the owners of this home have updated many things and put a lot of thought and detail into making sure guests will have everything they need for a great stay. The management company was truly amazing. They left a great detailed book that answered just about any questions we had. For any additional questions, Tanya and Forest were quick to respond and assist. The five of us had such a wonderful time that we have already started making plans to stay here again next year…and if time allows, possibly even again THIS year!! Thank you for making this such a memorable and wonderful long weekend get-a-way for all of us! It was truly amazing.

Amazing Home
We stayed in Serenity for about a month. The home is fantastic, neighborhood safe and clean…and the back of the house is like a resort. We used the pool and spa almost everyday. Inside the house we found everything we needed including high speed internet, new tv's and all the kitchen tools we could imagine. We didn't miss a thing. We will rent this home again. Best we found anywhere! The team from BTSVV is top notch. They are responsive and very very professional. Tanya, Forrest and Josie are the most customer service oriented management company I have ever experienced. They also provide great guidance and are a wealth of local information. I fully trust this team!

Little slice of heaven
Our family of five all loved Casa Serenity. The house was neat, clean and had everything you could ask for but the icing on the cake was the back patio with the pool and hot tub overlooking the waterway. We spent hours each day on the patio enjoying the palm trees. Waiving to the boats, Watching the iguanas, swimming and relaxing on the lounge chairs. Tanya was always a text away to answer any questions. It as a great vacation.
