Exceptional luxury villa, in the heart of a wooded natural park of 4 hectares, in Cervione.
Ideal location for nature lovers looking for a peaceful setting, between sea and mountains, (only minutes from 2!).
An ideal central position (on the east coast) to visit Corsica. Private access, idyllic isolation, nevertheless close to all amenities.
Beautiful contemporary villa, pleasant, bright and tastefully decorated, fully equipped for 6 people, high quality services, with air conditioning in every room and all modern comforts.
The villa is composed of:
- a large living room with kitchen, overlooking a terrace, it even has a large table and chairs, and a barbecue.
- an equipped storeroom
- 3 double bedrooms, spacious and bright (1 ground floor + 2 upstairs), each with a king-size bed, a large closet or dressing room and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
- two large garages, to shelter vehicles, kayaks, VTT, etc ...

Secluded property with lots of room for kids to run around

Great property (and hosts)! AC and pool were top of the line and we enjoyed morning walks around the property. Be aware that this property is 10-15 minutes off the coast and does not have wifi. If you're ok with that, book without reservation!

Maison spacieuse et tranquille

Grande maison tranquille au milieu d'un terrain boisé sans vis à vis. Volumes intérieurs et déco dépouillée. Belle terrasse pour déjeuner ou bouquiner au soleil ou à l'ombre suivant l'envie. Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles.

Une location à la hauteur de nos attentes !!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa comportant tout le nécessaire et le confort souhaité. Bien agencée et spacieuse, elle est idéale pour accueillir trois couples. Chacune des trois chambres est équipée d'une salle d'eau et de toilettes privatives. Grande terrasse, impeccable pour les repas en extérieur ou les bains de soleil. Situation parfaite dans un grand parc arboré permettant d’assurer une tranquillité absolue. Rien à redire : elle est exactement conforme à la description et aux photos. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires, Pascale et Antoine. A recommander sans hésitation !!!!

Tolles Haus in Alleinlage

Das Haus befindet sich außerhalb von Cervione in einem riesigen Park bzw. Garten. Das Haus der Besitzer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Wenn man die Ruhe und Einsamkeit liebt ist es perfekt . Bei der Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen . Sehr sauber , modern und großzügig . Für zwei Familien perfekt . Die 5 Sterne haben wir nicht vergeben , da es kein WLAN hat und der Pool (absolut toll) befindet sich vor dem Haus der Besitzer und wir konnten ihn nur von 9 Uhr bis 12 Uhr und von 15 bis 18 Uhr benutzen . Sicherlich hätte man mit den Besitzern reden können, aber das haben wir nicht gemacht , da wir viel unterwegs waren . Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen und das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

A conseiller!

Superbe séjour sur cette île extraordinaire. Quant à cette villa : super bien située, accueil des propriétaires chaleureux,ils sont très sympas, la maison est très propre (hygiène parfaite!),décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. La piscine {située à50m de la location,chez les propriétaires (de même que le wi-fi) et accessible selon des horaires à convenir} est très bien entrenue et agréable.Située près d'un très beau village,de cascades,de belles plages et d'un hypermarché Leclerc. Adresse clin d'oeil: resto/piscine "A Palméria,paillote l'Onda" situé à Alistro à plus ou moins 20 km.(cuisine extra fraiche et à prix démocratique.A noter que l'Ile Lavezzi (au départ de Bonifacio) est un vrai bijou ainsi que la forêt d'Aïton (même si c'est à plus ou moins 2h de route ,les paysages étant époustoufflant).

Des vacances exceptionnelles dans un cadre de rêve

Grands amateurs de la Costa Verde depuis de nombreuses années, nous avons apprécié le calme et le standing de cette villa perdue dans un magnifique parc. La villa est très bien équipée, la literie est d'une qualité remarquable, la décoration est raffinée. Les délicates attentions des propriétaires sont nombreuses et très appréciées : accueil avec produits du terroir de qualité, multiples conseils sportifs et touristiques.... Notre séjour a été extrêmement agréable et reposant!
