Subiaco is located across the road from the sand at Kings Beach, parklands and childrens playgrounds. There is also a large choice of quality restaurants & cafes very close by.

This complex is also close to the beautiful coastal walkways which stretch around to Happy Valley & Bulcock Beach, or in the opposite direction, around the Headland, Shelly & Moffat Beach.

This unit is comfortably furnished making it suitable for a short or a long stay, and offers free Wi-Fi, self-contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 1 bathroom, TV, DVD, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

There is also a single lock up garage. Being situated on the northern side of the building it enjoys the warm winter sunshine through the windows making it a well lit & sunny apartment.
