Absolutely amazing home! We wanted a place that had all the nice amenities, but also wanted adequate space to be able to let loose & enjoy ourselves. This house is the ultimate combination of all of those. There are so many outdoor activities that regardless your age, you will find something to enjoy. The waterfall feature on the pool was an excellent touch. Make sure you grab some popcorn for your stay - the home theater was a favorite for our group. Location of the house is excellent. We played a lot of golf and it seemed like we were perfectly positioned right in the middle of all the top courses.

PERFECT STAY
Had a bunch of finally get together from out of the country, it was a celebrate my 40th birthday as well as my son's 8th birthday as well. First couple days it was just me and some friends and the place was perfect! Everything we needed didn't even need to leave. And if we did need to leave for food there was plenty of stores all around us. Even though we didn't go old town was just 15 minutes away. On Saturday and Sunday when we had the birthday party for my son it was absolute blast! Will be definitely renting again!

STOP LOOKING and BOOK before someone else does! Do NOT LOSE IT! Trust me u won’t find a more LUXURIOUS home than this one!TOP NOTCH and CLEAN! I don’t know where to start when describing this home?!? The backyard, the home itself, the homeowner, the movie theater, the kitchen, the master bath, or the outside dining? Well, I’ll start with the backyard. It is HUGE!Has EVERYTHING u would ever want! It is a DREAM! This was were my family spent most of its time! Whether we were in the pool, which has a slide and basketball hoop along with a waterfall, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis, (we did get to the horseshoes😞) or practicing our putting on the green we had fun making memories! Don’t worry u can do these activities even in the dark, they have lights u can turn on that light up everything! If u want to suntan by the pool and read a book there r many chair options! They have floaties for the pool, my kids LOVED them! The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL around the pool area! Makes u feel like u are at a resort! There is also ping pong and fuss ball outside, we enjoyed this too! The outside dining area is where we ate most of our meals! They have 3 different grills for u to use! Speaking of eating, the kitchen is to die for if u love to cook/bake! It has everything! Our next favorite was the movie theater! Say WHAT? Yep, it has its own movie theater and popcorn maker! SWEET! We enjoyed watching movies here and it even has a pinball game! If u want to RELAX inside, head to the master bedroom! It has a huge jet tub and the shower is UNBELIEVABLE! Great way to unwind from your day in the desert! The family room is also GRAND! There is a pool table and a skeetball table. We enjoyed both of these along with watching movies on the HUGE TV! There r BIG SCREEN TV’s EVERYWHERE in this home! The bedrooms r very nice, each one having their own bathroom and HUGE TV! But I’d say the best thing about this house other than the outside is it is CLEAN!!!!! I am a clean freak, and it is CLEAN! Last but not least is the homeowner! Wow! What can I say….VERY ACCOMMODATING and HELPFUL!!! U can call or text him and he ALWAYS replies back!! He treated us VERY WELL!!!!! I told him the best part about Arizona, was his HOME!!!! We couldn’t wait to get back from our excursions to ENJOY his home!!! It has EVERYTHING!!!! STOP LOOKING and just BOOK it!! U won’t regret it!! We have stayed at a lot of houses and this one by far hands down is our FAVORITE!!!!

Amazing resort like home!
Home was absolutely amazing!! It has everything you need for a vacation with the family! The pool was unbelievable and the home movie theater was definitely a win with the kids and fun to relax in after a day of hiking and swimming. Kitchen was huge and fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely rent again and highly recommend!!!

This his house is wonderful, and the back yard is stunning!! You never have to leave!! It’s a huge back yard with a beautiful big lawn. Tennis court, basketball half court, bocce ball, putting green, sand volleyball, horse shoes, and beautiful pool with a slide and jacuzzi. Large area to BBQ. Everything you need is right there. The inside of the house is very large and open. Plenty of games and theater room. Huge open kitchen. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely book back!!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at this property and had a fabulous time. This property has all the amenities you’ll need and there’s something for everyone! We loved the pool and theatre and all the games kept us busy and engaged. It was the perfect getaway property to celebrate and relax. The property owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived at noon.

This home has it ALL! Super Private-Great Pool, slide & Hot Tub! Lots of outdoor activity areas. Large yard with Basketball, Tennis, Putting Green, Volleyball, Botchy Ball, Horse Shoes & Ping-pong. This place was amazing and way bigger than I expected. The pictures don't do it justice as this place was huge. Extremely clean and quiet and well taken care of. We managed to play every yard game they had there except for bags but we have those at home. My only gripe which I didn't even try to mention to our contact, they brought landscaping during our stay a few times. Sometimes just to check out the fruit, but one day was lawn cutting and blowing and got kinda loud. But it's my fault for not saying anything. Either way the theatre room was amazing and there's so much more there than I could have imagined. Thanks again for having us and hopefully we can come again!

FABULOUS!
This home was amazing! The home was clean and had so much to offer! The backyard made you feel like you were at a Resort. The owner thought of everything when it came to making sure you could find a recreational activity you wanted to do. They have a tennis court, basketball court, golf putting greens, horseshoes, a grass area to pass football or play some soccer and more! The outdoor living space was great as well and was a perfect space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The house is also in a great location. It was very convenient to get to shopping, restaurants and TPC Scottsdale. We are already planning a return trip! I promise this house will not disappoint!
