Nestled just behind Little Cove beach, gazing due North across the bay, this peaceful, scenic and sunny little complex of 6 units is soaked in the warmth of happy holiday memories reaching back 50 years. 200 meters to Noosa's best beach little cove and 650 meters to hastings street. Surrounded by the greenery of the National Park, waking each morning to the soft hiss of surf and chatter of tropical birds. Meticulously renovated and inspired by a love for surfing. Ultimate getaway
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Guests will have complete access to the entire property.
Note: There is an on going construction nearby the complex.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
