Only a one minute walk to the centre of town and 300 metres to Bulcock Beach or 350 metres to Kings Beach. Offering ocean views as well as the whole of Bribie Island from all sections of the living area.
The unit has been refurbished along with new furniture and appliances. It also has a secure underground car park and a landscaped pool area. For those without a vehicle, there is a bus stop near the front of the building where you can travel to practically anywhere on the coast.
Linen is Provided but beds are not made due the linen hire company used.
