About this property

Unique Tiny House in Parua Bay

This is our first tiny home we have built with THINK TINY and it is new for 2022.
The site has a private deck and amazing sunsets, with just a short stroll to the village.
There are beautiful short walks from here, including a loop with some boardwalk through the mangroves and beach.
The surrounding areas have beautiful scenery, walks and beaches to explore.

SPACE
The tiny house retreat has its own private entrance and deck. It is self contained and close to all amenities, just a short walk to the Parua Bay Village.

The main living area has high ceilings with a built in sofa, which can be used as a third bed on the main floor area if necessary.
There is a spacious bathroom with a nice sized shower and a composting toilet.
The kitchen is fitted with a full sized fridge/ freezer and oven with gas cooktops.

Children can stay with you at the tiny house, but please be aware that there are half height walls in the lofted rooms, so supervision would be needed depending on your children and there ages and energy levels.

The tiny house is on wheels with stabilisers. In very bad weather you will feel more exposed, and some movement will occur (similar to a caravan/camper).

Tiny House
Everything clean, tidy ready and waiting to move in. Tiny house had absolutely everything that could be needed, beautiful views, beautiful soft fluffy towels, comfortable beds. Owners lovely and happy to come down and sort out any issues. Not suitable for elderly or physically challenged in anyway as ladder access to 2nd floor bedrooms. A great experience

This is a special place to stay.
We're quite taken by this tiny house, it is so well presented and has a lovely vibe as soon as you walk in. We stayed here with our 15-year-old son and his friend on what turned out to be a rainy weekend. As a result, we didn't get to enjoy living inside and outside, but we loved the cosiness of the space on a rainy afternoon. The house has been set up beautifully, with everything you need and some lovely little added touches as well. The towels are beautiful and plush, the beds are comfortable, and having windows opening on either side of the beds meant for cooling airflow at night. The couch downstairs is a great space to relax. Having a composting toilet was a learning experience for us, but we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. Enjoying vegetables (courgettes, tomatoes, chillis and lettuces) straight out of the garden which is right outside the sliding door was an added treat. It was a good spot to base ourselves - not too far away from Ocean Beach where we started Te Whara walk and came over the heads to Urquhart Bay. Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.
