Summary:
If you are looking to stay in a property that exudes simple understated coastal elegance and comfort, Villa Luna Anglesea will not disappoint you.
The Space:
So much attention to detail has been paid at this property thus ensuring that you will have a perfect stay in this idyllic property. Villa Luna is located in a lovely quiet pocket of Anglesea and is a short stroll away from the beach, the Anglesea River, the main shopping precinct, and the Golf Club. As you walk up the front steps you would be forgiven for thinking that you are at one of Anglesea's many classic older properties, but the minute you open the door you will appreciate the tasteful, modern and clean renovation that has taken this property to the next level. The main kitchen/living/dining area are open plan and enjoy a northerly aspect that encapsulates the sun all year round resulting in a light filled, sun drenched home. The clever design addition of louvre windows in the living area helps to capture the cooling afternoon breezes across the valley funnelling them through your home. The big bifold doors off the living area open out to a full length veranda where you’ll watch the world go by with your morning coffee. The modern kitchen is sure to impress with stone benchtops, dishwasher and plenty of storage space complemented by solid hardwood flooring, which flows throughout the living areas as well. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a smart TV. The contemporary and extremely size generous bathroom has double vanity and large shower and is the jewel in the home. On top of everything else this property has to offer there is split system heating and cooling. This property is situated on a quarter acre block and much of Anglesea's local wildlife visit this property, so expect to see the odd kangaroo, possum, or kookaburra. This property is not suitable for pets.
