Your home away from home is waiting for you. Centrally located in downtown Langford, you are moments away a from a variety of restaurants, good shopping and the highway to Victoria and up-island. Also conveniently close to major bus routes to downtown Victoria.
The suite will have everything you need to feel comfortable in your stay. The owners are happy to accommodate most needs, and you will be provided with all your essentials. You will have access to your own in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, a cozy bed as well as pots, pans, cutlery and more. Welcome et bienvenue!
Please Note: As of June 1 there will be a newborn baby in the upper level of the house. Hence why nightly prices are cheaper than normal because you should anticipate some noise from above.

great place!

Nice property in a great location. Close to Save On Foods, Costco, Timmy's etc. The couch converts into a double bed which is great for kids and is actually really comfy! Good access to get anywhere you need to go. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Owner responded to my texts right away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Langford Stay

Property was good, lots of room for two people. Bathroom was large with a good sized shower with body wash and hair products provided. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, including some condiments. Main area and bedroom were a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The wash and dryer were great with pods provided. Would stay again.

Great little home away from home

What a lovely space. Sleeps 4, complete kitchen and laundry. A nice outdoor space for meals, or drinking ones coffee. A short distance to superstore, walmart, and costco. We had a great family vacation and would highly recommend this property to others.

A little piece of heaven!

The location was perfect. The suite had everything for our stay and more. Washer and dryer much appreciated, especially for longer stay. Des had all the touches, outside table and chairs, umbrella which we used. One of the best stays for us and we have used bnb’s for over 35 years. Quick access to highway for us to visit grandson in Victoria, Parks, Costco, Superstore, all other shopping convenient, restaurants - again great location. Lower lever unit no noise from above. Thank you for sharing you home with us! Definitely stay here again .. large beautiful unit well utilized.Cheers!

Cozy spot that is easy to get to the highway and close to stores. City is growing and more shops are opening. I would stay here again. General comment about the city - not a lot of street lighting. I couldn't see the address since I arrived late so I pulled up the ad to check rather than get out of the car.

Nice place a short drive from everything we wanted to see

We arrived on the last ferry from Washington so late at night, but no problem because of the easy check-in with a door code. We didn't spend much time in the suite and didn't cook there, but it looked to have everything we would have needed. We picked it because of the reasonable price and the location close to a main highway and to the Butchart Gardens and downtown Victoria, and the location in a residential suburb was great for that. The home had a good supply of information and maps about the local and provincial area that was helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay in Desmond's home!

Cozy little apartment

It was pretty good, but the description was inaccurate.

Everything was pretty good except one crucial detail. One of the most important reasons I rented this particular property was the fact that the posting said there were 3 beds: queen and sleeper couch in the bedroom and another sleeper couch in the living room. However, when we got there I have discovered that there was only a queen bed in the bedroom, no second bed. Other than that, everything was very good, if 2 beds is what you need I highly recommend this place.

The suite is in the ideal location for a stop-over from the mainland on your way to explore the rest of Vancouver Island, or for guests who are looking for a longer, more comfortable stay. We welcome quiet, and friendly pets as well.

The property is nestled in the heart of Langford, and yet off the main-drag so feels like a quiet getaway. We are moments from major bus routes to downtown Victoria -- which is the hub for routes up to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and other spots around Victoria-- and also within walking distance to major grocery stores, department stores, and shopping.

For guests with a vehicle, the property is also a short drive to outdoor adventures like Florence Lake, Thetis Lake or Langford Lake. Locals enjoy walking their dogs, kayaking, and swimming in these havens from the city life.
