Designed over 2 levels, downstairs consists of an open plan living area with comfy lounges and large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Breville Espresso Master coffee machine so you can wake up to good coffee. The kitchen has everything you need to make preparing meals easy, stainless steel appliances, a granite benchtop and a dishwasher. There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and drier.

Upstairs are three generous bedrooms, a family bathroom with a bathtub, and a study nook perfect for working from home or some quiet time.

There is room for 2 cars with a single lock-up garage and an additional parking spot next to the townhouse.

It is a 2-minute drive to Park Beach Plaza with over 120 speciality stores, Aldi, Woolworths and BWS , and is a 7-minute walk to the iconic Hoey Moey Pub and Park Beach.

Ripples is a short drive to famous Coffs Harbour attractions such as The Big Banana and the Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary and a great base to see all of the Coffs Coast's beautiful beaches and attractions.
