If you are looking to stay for the remainder of 2024, our availability calendar will be up to date and we would love to host you. Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. This beautifully updated, bright and tastefully decorated condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. It has 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances and Keurig and drip coffee maker, all you need to prepare a delicious meal. There’s a very cute corner bench dining area and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living area has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico, features a large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa and love seat. The view from this 5th floor condo is breathtaking! You can take a couple of chairs outside on the shared balcony and watch the famous Florida West Coast sunsets. You’ll find a king size bed and another Smart TV in the stylish bedroom. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. The living room is on the beach side of the condo, and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and onsite parking is available.

This property has a nice pool onsite. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Coin operated washer and dryer available. Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo.

Please note: There is a $135 refundable parking pass fee collected. The deposit will be returned when all parking passes are returned at checkout.

Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more!
