Shells Beach House is fully self contained 3 bedroom cottage, with a fresh kitchen, gas hot plates, electric oven & a large fridge, there is a fully equipped bathroom with shower, bath & toilet. The large open lounge with adjoining dining leads out onto the fully enclosed deck through double french doors with timber outdoor setting & umbrella perfect for relaxing the day or evening with a cold drink.
The Kitchen also leads out onto a rear deck with BBQ & outside laundry with washing machine. Plenty of off road parking & also a rear entrance to the large back yard for a boat, ski or trailer. Right next door there is a large lake with walking tracks perfect for the kids or walking the dog.
