This spacious home is set up for you to enjoy a holiday by the seaside. The views of the bay are to die for, right on the beach waterfront. You can spot dolphins from the comfort of our home or go surfing at Mitchell's Bay safe beach just in front of the house. Three bedrooms with two lovely modern bathrooms and an entertainers kitchen. Lots of brilliant little features like free fibre wifi, Smart TV in lounge and TVs in 2 bedrooms, books, games, outdoor shower and a lovely sheltered deck for soaking up the sun. Or take a 1 minute walk along the waterfront to The Beachhouse Cafe & Restaurant for your morning coffee or brunch.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved the views of Mitchells Bay from the huge deck and from the spacious open living area. Great to be so close to the beach. A clean and tidy, well-equipped crib.

Fantastic Bach

Our family/friends weekend getaway at Riverton was truely lovely and relaxed. The Bach was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great view and walking distance to the beach a hop skip and a jump! Restaurant just up the road .

It’s an amazing view and very quiet

We loved our stay but the steps up to the house were an issue for two mobility challenged (older) people, especially with luggage. All in all it would be a awesome place for family stays, everything is there.

Excellent house and location for a family holiday

The crib is in a fantastic location, especially if you like the beach/sea. Great views and directly opposite (1 minute walk) a safe swimming and surfing beach. The deck is awesome and Riverton turned on a couple of beaut Southland summer days so we could make the most of it. The house has a large kitchen /living area which was good for our family group - heaps of space to spread out. Thanks for a perfect base for our family holiday in the Riviera of the South.

Good Value

Three bedrooms & two bathrooms made this property ideal for our party of 3 adult males. The house provided everything we needed (with the possible exception of WiFi & Sky). Was very well presented & communications with the Manager were excellent. Very good value all round.

Fantastic location

Was a great location being right across the road from the beach was amazing, beautiful sunrise and sunset. The house was cozy and warm, well equipped and also clean and tidy. We had a great weekend, thank you so much 😊😊

Why they chose this property

No better place to enjoy all types of weather! Sit inside or outside and marvel at the views. In calmer weather watch out for dolphins and in stormier weather listen to the roar of the sea. It is the safest beach for learning to surf or swim, but with enough variety for the more experienced surfer too.
