Cape Woolamai Arcadia cosy two bedroom cottage

Our property is well located and is within walking distance to all the daily amenities including restaurants, cafes, shops, Philip Island chocolate factory and the ocean bay. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, with a sleeping capacity of 5 and is ideal for families looking for their own private place from which to base themselves and experience what Phillip Island has to offer. Our lounge room is equipped with a billiards table to entertain our boarders. This listing is connected to owners house, but it has its own kitchen, bathrooms and separate entrance with privacy.

Me and my son really enjoyed our stay here location was great, close to shops/pub and beach. We would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

Great, quiet location. Property is not as advertised though. It is not a cottage. It is a 2 bed residence attached as a duplex to a larger 2 storey residence. Could hear the other residents' movements. Rear yard out of bounds to renters. Main bed mattress sags and would be due for replacement. Living areas were spacious. Good-sized kitchen and clean.

Lovely people and nice property. We had a problem with doors sticking but I would recommend it to anyone who does not have mobility issues. That is no criticism of the property and owners.

Very good amenities. Electric blankets needed on the cold nights. Would have been good to have a dish cloth, tea towel and barh hand towel. Will BYO on next visit. Family bonding playing Pool was great.

The property was clean and tidy and included all the amenities we required. The property is a short walk to the corner shops, which have take out food, groceries and a couple of restaurants. There is also a small park and playground nearby, a pleasant surprise. As a four-person family, we could have done with more dining space (instead of a billiard table), but it's certainly not a deal-breaker. The windows at the rear of the property, facing the backyard, are covered, presumably to offer privacy for the primary residents. While we found this slightly off-putting on arrival, it didn't impact our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would feel comfortable recommending it.

Great place

Great little property, can't beat having a pool table available available. Pub and food places round the corner if you don't want to venture to far and the beach only a 10 minute walk away. Really enjoyed my stay.
