When selecting a luxurious apartment for your rental needs, compromise should never be an option. Rest assured, this apartment leaves no stone unturned. Say goodbye to concerns about essential supplies as you'll find an abundance of consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets to ensure a seamless stay.
A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1. As at early 31 January 2025, the new building is around the 30th floor. The photos have been updated as of September 2024.
Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement
Payment: A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be validated at the time of the reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.

Important Notes
A new building under construction in front of Tower 1 may generate some noise between 7 am and 3 pm. Closing balcony doors and using air conditioning minimises disruption.

This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
