Make your way up the charming front steps and into this stunning historic home via the smart keyless lock where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings, and space for the whole family to spread out and make yourself at home.

Relax in the sun-filled living area with large sofas and two reclining armchairs offering room for everyone to sit together and watch all your favorite TV shows and movies on the large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to streaming apps.

Benton Park is an incredible historic St. Louis neighborhood that you will fall in love with!

Enjoy the unique architecture of the neighborhood as you walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and several of the city's best restaurants and bars. Take a stroll through the beautiful Benton Park just a 6-minute walk away where you can find a shady tree and enjoy a picnic or bring along your tennis gear and have a hit on the tennis courts.

Close by is The Fox Theater, Scottrade Center, the Arch grounds, and the popular Busch Stadium where you can catch a game. Forest Park and the Delmar Loop are short easy drives with convenient access to I55, I44, and I64/40 making it super easy to get to where you’re going.

Beyond the ample amount of beautiful city parks, Benton Park hosts one of the best antique shopping areas in the city and a slew of phenomenal establishments for food and drink. The neighborhood itself is a melting pot of small businesses, artists, singles, and families, making it a very desirable place for city living. The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.
