• Living and Dining Room – 65 inch Smart TV, Lounge, and Dining Setting for up to 8 Guests. Seating at island bench for 4 guests.
• Theatre Room – 75-inch Smart TV with surround sound, Lounge with Queen Sofa Fold Out bed
• Second bedroom – Bunk Bed with Built in Robe (2 single mattress also available on request)
• Powder Room – Toilet
• Outdoor Entertaining Area – Entertaining Area, Gas BBQ as well as 2 x Outdoor Showers.
• Double Car Garage with rear roller door access for boat, caravan or trailer as well as driveway and street parking.
The second level houses the following:
• Third bedroom – 2 x Bunk Beds with Built in Robe and Split System Heating and Cooling
• Fourth Bedroom - Queen Bed with Built in Robe and Split System Heating and Cooling
• Theatre Room – 75-inch Smart TV with surround sound, Lounge with Queen Sofa Fold Out bed
• Main Bathroom – Bath, Shower and separate toilet/powder room.
This property also comes with ducted heating throughout and split system heating and cooling as well as Wi-Fi and a table tennis table for all guests to enjoy during their stay. The property is also pet-friendly (subject to owner approval).

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:
o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January
